Good selection of flooring. Salesman in the shop was very helpful in finding me the vinyl flooring I had in mind. A man came out to measure the very same day, and I accepted the quote via email and paid by BACS. The price was very reasonable. Floor was fitted a few days later. The fitters were polite, tidy, and fitted the flooring well. All in all, a great service from start to finish. Will definitely be using again.

Lots of problems with the vinyl they fitted. Had to get another company to come and rectify...

We had our new carpet fitted by two of the fitters from KSC great friendly professional service,very pleased. Also took carpet off cuts to the shop for their binding service so we had little placement rugs made. Very reasonable price & very pleased with the rugs & fitting. Thanks to all at KSC.

I have recently used KSC carpets for a complete renewal of all flooring throughout my home. This varied from carpets in the 4 bedrooms, to vinyl throughout the entire downstairs. I can honestly say the standard is absolutely exceptional. I would highly recommend these guys and will definitely be using them again. Keep up the great work.

Excellent customer service, very helpful in their new shop in Gorseinon.Fitting was excellently done by Ceri and his colleague Very professionally done.Carpet prices are very reasonable and really good quality.We have had 3 carpets fitting in the bedrooms in the last 2 months and we will beGoing back to get the landing and stairs done in early spring.If you are like me looking for a carpet shop on the internet, I can recommend this companyYou will not be disappointed.

Shocking workmanship and really poor quality flooring. Will need to have it all replaced. Avoid.

Recently had laminate floor fitted. Really helpful, professional and respectful service with choice of flooring. Floor measured and laminate fitted within a few days . Excellent service from shop, measuring and the team who fitted it .

Disgusting attitude towards the customer. Went in shop to look for flooring and was totally ignored. 2 staff in there drinking coffee and chatting amongst themselves, never asked once if they could help us. Had to go and ask them. Shocking service. Place is a bit of a dump really not really user friendly, very disorganised.Worst thing of all the staff gave us quotes in the shop for wood flooring and carpet and after their surveyor came and measured up we received a written quote which didn't remotely resemble the shop quotes For example the quote given to us in the shop for our bathroom was £35/m2(laid) and written quote had risen to £116/m2. When I asked them why they tried to fob me off by saying the rise included for doorstops(1 required), beading and it was based on the surveyor measurements.I was so angry and insulted I texted them back to explain that I was a qualified civil engineer by profession, not some idiot that they could fob off. He replied with an apology but honestly for anyone going to use them, BE AWARE. Apparently not the first time they have tried to trick customers. I would never, ever use them, there are far better and cheaper suppliers out there.

I had a shocking experience with KSC Carpets. Seriously, people, avoid them like the plague unless you want to be quoted a price, they do half the job then tell you they are not coming back to finish the job unless you pay them a shed load more that is.I had a quote to screed a large kitchen diner and hallway and also purchased vinyl flooring from them. I was upfront with them when the old tiled floor was lifted as the concrete underneath was a bit of a mess so rather than mess them about, I asked the fitter who was levelling the floor to come out to check that the amount of screed planned was enough. He said it was, that the floor was OK to level and the original quote still stood. I had all this in writing (via text) from the owner of the business. I stressed that I was right at the top of my budget and couldn't pay more. He assured me the quote was final.The fitter came out and screeded the floor and said he'd be back the following day to lay the flooring. 10pm that night I had a text from the owner telling me that the fitter would not be returning unless I paid a further £450 as the floor took more screed than planned. When I called the following morning to discuss, the owner was incredibly rude and basically laughed at me when I suggested I take it further for not honoring his quote.I ended up getting a lovely local fella to lay the floor who advised that the fitter had actually used artex for a large portion of the levelling and that it was not suitable. He fixed the fitters shoddy workmanship and did a lovely job of laying the floor.Avoid this lot, they are scamming, rude people who don't deserve your business.
