Really impressed with these guys. It was the first time I had used them, and found them to be really friendly, helpful, courteous and professional. Rates were the best I found and the van was new and really clean. When we went to collect the van, the office was really busy and the phones kept ringing, which is a good indication of a quality service. Would definitely re-use and recommend. Keep doing what you're doing, guys, it clearly works.

What can I say they team at 1st Call Auto Rentals helped me out massively as was let down by Enterprise last minute. Rang the guys down at 1st Call and they said yes we have one and helped me out for the day. Amazing team and really affordable too!! Will definitely keep going back for return business

1st auto rentals are amazing, some great people working for them. One is kerry who really delivers excellent customer service, and delivers it. After having a bad customer experience with autorentals, she sorted me with a hire, at excellent value nearly half the price. The car was clean and dent free.Thanks very much, would certainly us you guys again

I have had two visits back to UK in the last year and 1st Call have given me the exact car that I want both times, no additional fees for my USA license, the price you see is what you pay. Staff are super friendly and helpful and the location is very convenient for my purposes.I will be returning in August and using them once again.

I’ve rented from 1st Call several times and I’ve always been delighted. This time I needed a car derivative van for a week and absolutely delighted with the Vauxhall they gave me. Van was brand new and well equipped. Rental cost very competitive and customer service is second to none.If you want brilliant friendly service, a decent vehicle and knowledge that you are supporting a local business, then look no further.
