*Edited to 5 stars as I have now received a full refund*Took half a week to respond, and only responded when I asked if there was a problem with the job (I live in a flat, so it was not anything crazy big). Said he’d come the next day and he did, so until here it was all cool, busy happens all the time. And the windows looked nice while they were wet, but once they dried up there were terrible streaks here and there across all of them (like the ones you can see in the picture I’m posting here, and it was like this on nearly every single window in multiple places), so I had to clean them again myself. £25 wasted, but it is what it is, thanks for trying.
