This is the worse food and delivery service EVER! I was given a 20-30min slot, from a 7min location; which passed with no update on the order. We kept calling them to no avail, so waited another 30min, plus another 30min. Finally after a ridiculously long 1 and half hours, i decided to cancel but terrible Uber app kept taking me round as the order was being delivered by the shop, and not UberEats. The food finally arrive after another 10min with no apologies. The driver said he only picked the food up 5min ago. The pilau rice was hard and cold and the masala wasn’t tasty at all and forget the mixed grill was a small cold portion. The korma was OK but with just few small pieces of chicken. Disappointing.

Absolute rubbish delivery and food both as it took 1hr 45 minutes to deliver for just a 6-7 minutes drive location. I ordered through Uber my first time ordering from this restaurant and the restaurant does it’s own deliveries the food was tasteless lacking a lot of flavor.Ain’t ever returning to order again. Don’t waste your time.

Worst restaurant with the rudest person on the phone & making lies after lies! They don’t care about your food unless their money is in their bank. After being told last 3-4 mins I would get the delivery. 1hr later I called back to not get answered to. Never had my food & have gone straight to just eat. After reading the bad reviews it is completely right! Never again!

Really poor service,one of the main meals were missing from our order, its been an hour and a half and we are still trying to resolve this over the phone, and the only answer we are getting is: i will speak to the chef! Also the other food was cold. Save your money go somewhere else!

Delivery time was +2 hrs after being told it would be with us within the hour. Rung twice to be told the delivery man was stuck in traffic. When food arrived, 3 things were missing and food needed re-heating. We phoned again in order to be refunded for these items, to be told that we wouldn’t be getting a refund for the missing items and items and instead we could get them for free the next time we order. We refused to accept this and they put the phone down. Never again! Really disappointed.

Took almost 3 hours for the food to arrive. Called the restaurant 5 times and they blamed the traffic - there was no traffic on a Sunday evening! The food is vile and everything was cold!Opened up one of the dipping pots - what should have been a mint yoghurt and it actually exploded. It was so gone off and foul that it was fizzing. The tikka masala was probably the worst thing I have ever tasted.Never ever order from here!!!

Fantastic meal last night. The chicken in the curry was SO TENDER and beautifully flavoured, expert chefs indeed! The portions are above generous! Far too much for one sitting, so our curries will be enjoyed again tonight! Also the rice was plentiful, and fabulous colourful pilau its delicious! Well done India Kitchen , if you havent tried them yet then you must ! It's a 10/10 from us, and others must enjoy this exquisite restaurant food. Top marks all round ! X

Saw lots of 1 star reviews but this was not my experience at all so thought I’d leave a review!Ordered veg masala along with rice, nan and poppadoms - everything arrived quickly and still hot, all the food was delicious and very well priced. Would definitely recommend it!
