Disgusting customer service.I booked a car for 6 passengers and I said my dad was disabled and we needed a large boot to fit a wheelchair. She said to me to not worry as the car will fit 6 people, 6 luggages and the folded wheelchair. I assumed they had a large car for this.They sent a car on the day and it's a normal 7 seater where the boot is the extra seats. This wouldn't even fit 3 large suitcases.When I called not only was she unhelpful she said 'you should have known it wouldn't fit'. 'I don't know what you want me to do'. How would I know what size car they would send? And how about starting with an apology?She claimed she meant 3 large and 3 small. This would still not fit with the back seats up, but I didn't realise I was supposed to be a psychic who could read your mind without you specifying this.So now we're late for our flight with my disabled dad who is getting upset and stressed.Thank you for doing this on our first family holiday and making it a memorable experience.(No doubt they'll respond with a defensive message as there's no sign of taking ownership for their mistake but blaming their customers).

Used Glam cars recently to get to and from the airport .We were lucky to have Jalal as our driver. The traffic was terrible and he managed to negotiate the back roads to get us there on time. How happy were we when we also picked us up.. again he was helpful ,kind and welcoming and luckily the journey was smooth and uneventful. We just want to say thank you for our 5 * treatment !

The electric vehicle was very uncomfortable with very hard suspension. The car wasn’t super clean inside. The driver kept opening both windows without asking, and my worry was that it was because he was tired. His lane discipline was terrible and I don’t think he knew how wide the car was. Several times he had to yank the car back into lane to avoid hitting something. Glam Cars should not subject customers to this poor standard of ride and driving.

I called to book a cab, both the controller and driver were great, it was no issue booking my cab from the station I was currently at, and my cab was there rdy to load my luggage onto, thank you glam cars for a great service on a busy Friday night

Wonderful service from a local company. I ordered a car to take my daughter, her husband and baby to Heathrow on Friday morning. The driver, a lovely man called Sultan, arrived early and waited in a safe area bringing the car up to our gate (which involved blocking our lane) only when everyone was ready to get into the car. He was very happy to lift the heavy bags into the car and helped when we were taking a start of the adventure" photo. I felt relaxed knowing that my family were in good hands.I also had another positive experience a few months ago when I was collecting a chair from a friend's house.The driver carried the chair to the car and at the end of the journey

Have tried twice for airport transfers. The first time the driver didn’t have a card reader despite the fact I asked beforehand so had to stop at a cash point. The second time I asked before booking and was guaranteed to get a card reader and not again, and not only that the driver charged me more to take a quicker (although longer route), not only that refused to take us unless we paid what he said and felt like hostages, paid the amount and called to complain was promised my money back and yet to see it. Disappointed as the office staff are nice but the drivers aren’t what they promise.

We recently attended a family party in Oxfordshire, which meant travelling from Blackheath via Peckham and Balham so decided to treat ourselves to a cab to take us there then bring us home later. We were lucky enough to have Ibrahim as our driver, who was lovely – we felt completely safe and secure with his driving.We always use Glam Cars now – Debbie and her team are always helpful and friendly, unlike a couple of other companies (who shall remain nameless) who seem to act as if they’re doing you a huge favour by even answering the phone, let alone taking your booking.

Booked a pre-paid car for pickup last Thursday at 06.30, to make a flight. Car didn't turn up and passenger had to make his connection by public transport. I have since emailed twice to get a refund, only to be ignored. I would like a response, please. This is not what I expected of you.

Booked a 6 seater to transport back from charity event at Blackheath Halls. Pickup at 2315. At 2234 received a VM (which I didn’t hear as phone switched off as event still running) to say driver of six was delayed and two cars would be sent instead. If this wasn’t ok to call. I called back as soon as I picked up message at 2254 to get more detail. Was told driver stuck other side of river. I asked if this would be the same fare as quoted and was told no, because they were now sending two cars. I asked when the 6 seater would be there and was told not sure, and could be 45 minutes. I asked if they would meet us in the middle and answer was a flat no. As would be difficult to source vehicles at that short notice had no option but to accept these terms. Do not think this is good customer service.No issues with the drivers, they got us back to destination safely, ready for onward journey. Just surprised there was no recognition that we had booked something at a certain price and told ‘it won’t be more than £32’ to then be faced with an extra £8. I felt meeting in the middle was a fair compromise.
