Rich was excellent to work with throughout the entire process. Much more than a simple fitter, he is completely immersed in the whole job, thinking creatively and holistically to achieve a total finished product. Most people start by selecting the cabinetry and then consider the installer almost as an afterthought, but we engaged Rich at the very beginning, which proved far more beneficial in terms of design, layout, and installation (and cost). Absolutely no hesitation in recommending as we couldn't be happier with the result.

Rich and Rowan installed a new kitchen for us at the start of the year and we couldn’t be happier.Rich was very approachable and made the whole process very easy and guided us from start to finish.Nothing was ever too much and their overall attention to detail showed when the kitchen was finished.We highly recommend Rich and his team.

We can't fault the service we received from Rich and Rowan! Rich was very personable and responsive from the start; first coming to provide us a quote, his experience and knowledge made him stand out from others and filled us with confidence. He gave us advice and recommendations that not only saved us money but improved the longevity and comfort of our design. Our kitchen was completed within a tight timeframe, installation was very smooth with any snags picked up on and sorted with the supplier promptly. Rich and Rowan were easy to have in our home, respectful of our space and lovely towards our pup! It was a really positive experience and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend to others - I honestly wouldn't look anywhere else!

Rich and Rowan installed a new kitchen for us and we are delighted with the result. Suggestions for improvement to the old kitchen were agreed and we cannot fault their professionalism in carrying out the necessary work. It is a WOW kitchen and a pleasure to use. We had a fault with one product which Rich made every attempt to resolve and did so and we are very happy with the outcome.

Rich & Rowan were brilliant from initial quote to completion. They were professional, quick to respond and always showed up on time. They've completed our kitchen to an excellent standard, and always left the kitchen in a clean and tidy state.They also did everything - plumbing, electrics, painting and fitting, which made it a lot more convenient for us.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Rich is a one stop shop. He goes the extra mile for his customers. Reasonable prices and worth every penny. He was at all times professional and most importantly reliable turning up every day and sometimes over weekends. We cannot recommend him enough.He kept us informed at all times of the progress on our kitchen, cleaning up the room every evening before leaving. At the completion of the job everything was left spotless, and to say we were delighted with the results is an understatement. We have updated our utility room which had become very tired and old looking. The walls and ceiling were plastered and Rich has installed very smart recessed spots in the ceiling, new wall cupboards, base units and sink which look great. Our gas boiler was connected to a mass of pipework which looked a mess. Rich built a smart cupboard and boxed in all of the pipes which has smartened up the entire room. We’re very pleased with the result and would recommend Rich Kitchens who have carried out a good clean job.

It was a real pleasure to work with Rich on our kitchen renovation. From start to finish he and Rowan have been totally professional in their approach to the work and have completed a superb installation.It is rare that you find a company which is reliable, punctual, proactive, professional along with being nice to have around.All of this whilst respecting the social distancing and masking requirements of covid.Pictures of before and after demonstrate their attention to detail.We would certainly use them again and would thoroughly recommend them.
