Very friendly, open and clear with everything, Mark went above and beyond to make buying the car as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend to anyone that is looking to buy a car.

I decided to buy my first car from Arbury after seeing the fiat 500 electric. It is so beautiful! Mark was super helpful in answering all my questions and understanding that I was nervous because I hadn’t driven for a while. He was very responsive too with all emails and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. I would absolutely recommend Arbury to anyone who is thinking of getting a fiat 500.

When arrived at fiat arbury to drop my car off I was greeted by a nice lady who offered me a hot drink and was delt with fairly quickly but by a gentlemen who seemed like he couldn't be bothered to be there and rushed everything, up on going to collect my courtesy car the man showed me to the car gave me the keys and said we will phone you when your car is done" couldn't be bothered to show me anything about the car how certain things work etc...The car I was given was a great car just a shame that it was filthy when I was given it

I'd like to give a massive thank you to Valwinder at Arbury. She helped me to surprise my husband with an Abarth 595 Competizione. She was a brilliant actor, going along with the scheming and planning all week, right up to the last minute, when she showed him the exact car I'd bought. We pretended that I'd bought a Tipo, and got him wasting 15mins looking at the one in the showroom, whilst we tried our best not to laugh. (Nothing against Tipo's by the way!). Then she went to fetch our 'Tipo', and drove round in the Abarth, his face was a picture! Never seen my hubby so happy! The team here are always brilliant, but Val exceeds that! Just glad we pulled it off. He'd spotted the car when he went to buy some mats for the peugeot 108, and I'd said I didn't want to take on finance, but changed my mind last Weds. I'd recommend this place every time!

I'm delighted with my 73 plate fiat 500. I have always had great experiences with Arbury. I dealt with Ryan who was fantastic at keeping in touch throughout the process and booked appointments to suit me. I'm delighted with my vehicle - it is exactly what I wanted. Thank you Ryan.

I would have given 5 stars however, the salesman didn't keep the appointment time and the first car he showed us was sold, so a lot of wasted time.

Hassle free experience. Ryan kept me updated on progress and was always polite and friendly. Arburys no pressure selling approach was much appreciated. Highly recommended.
