We needed to order an anchor trip-line (a must-have in Greece during the busy summertime!) and have it delivered to Germany to coincide with a short visit we had planned. Ordered 6mm safety rope with splicing service for use on a 30 hour Longcase clock (!). The team was very helpful and communication was great. Reasonable pricing and good quality finish. Very satisfied with the service & product

Such a helpful shop for marine supplies. Email questions answered promptly and a great service in person or mail order. A few years ago before Christmas one of the staff (who lives near me) brought a last minute gift to my house the same day I ordered!

Terrible service. Called twice to check delivery dates before ordering and was told two working days if I paid for a premium service. When i checked this with the delivery company was told to expect it in 6 working days, so slower than if I had ordered royal mail first class and saved myself £20. Two more calls to jimmy green were met with promises they would look into it and call me back, which they never did. Won't be using them again.

Great service, quality and speed of delivery. I ordered up two custom products on different days and they had the good sense to combine them and refund me one set of shipping costs. Can't recommend them highly enough.
