Lovely and lively experience . Enjoyed the company and learning kathak art form. We gelled well as a team. Thanks to guru ji Ketaki ji for the teachings and support. She was patient with us , understood our weaknesses and worked through this slowly.

I have been learning with Ketaki for over 4 years, she is a great teacher and I have learnt so much. Kathak is a beautiful classical dance form and to be able to learn with such a dedicated and wonderful teacher is amazing.

My daughter goes to Taal dance Kathak classes for almost three years now. Ketaki (teacher) is truely passionate and hard working. My daughter always ready to attend Kathak class as its classical dance form, kids may not like it at the start but because of Ketaki's patience and soft spoken nature kids love to do Kathak with her. We love to attend their annual concert which shows Ketaki's knowldge of Kathak and also students' hard work.Highly recommended classes!

My daughter is taking kathak lessons from Ketaki Deshpande for couple of years. Ketaki is a very talented, accomplished dancer herself and a great teacher. Ketaki has learned from renowned kathak dancers and I am very pleased that my daughter is taking lessons from her. Ketaki is an amazing guru ji, having moved from London I was looking to continue my journey in Kathak dance and I found Ketaki; she is calm, patient and has been very supportive teacher. I’ve also met some new friends through the classes. I only started at Taal dance in June and was able to take part in the annual dance concert (which was amazing!). Highly recommend Taal Dance Classes to anyone interested in classical Indian dance in Leicester!

The show was amazing. My family, friends and I enjoyed it. I only started Kathak classes with Ketaki ji in July 2023 and this was my first performance. Ketaki ji is a great teacher and am going to continue as she inspires me.

I was always in awe of Kathak, and I could have never imagined that I would ever be able to learn it , thinking it is such a complex form. Ketki makes it so easy to understand and the progress is gradual and steady.I look forward for the lessons with Ketki .She is an extremely patient teacher .Learning kathak is fun, and we even share a joke or two. She also gives a lot of encouragement to her students by giving them a chance to perform in her annual concert each year, which a big confidence boost. Thank you Ketki for all that you do for us !
