I wouldn't ever be able to do justice to how grateful we are for everything that Care Bath has done for our family. I couldn't recommend the clinic highly enough. The staff are compassionate, empathetic and incredibly kind. Dr Walker's professionalism and expertise are invaluable. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for looking after us so well.

We have always felt extremely happy with the way we are treated at the Care Fertility Bath clinic. The building itself is very calming and the staff are excellent. Every stage was explained to us carefully so that we better understood our fertility challenges and treatment options.

Absolute joke, been on there service since 2019, now had to be rereferred to be told they sent me a letter in 2019 that I never got and basically oh well. Abandoned by them for 4 years and they want me to go back through all this again!! There happy to leave someone undergoing multiple miscarriages into double digits over 5 years with no assistance!

Absolutely amazing support via this clinic. I was treated so kindly and non- judgmentally at all times. I had treatment throughout the pandemic and the staff were so kind and attentive. I was very lucky to finally have my baby at the age of 43 after two rounds of IVF.

I cannot even begin to explain how appalling this clinic is, their complete incompetence has cost me a year of my fertile life and caused an enormous amount of distress during such a vulnerable time.To anyone reading this, please seriously consider using a different clinic rather than wasting your time (and money if you’re self-funding) on this abysmal health care service.

It is fantastic to have the opportunity to write an excellent review for CARE Fertility Bath, who helped us to conceive through IVF on our first attempt. It is a complicated and intense process to go through, with lots of information to take in each step of the way. The staff at the centre did a really good job of keeping me informed about what to expect next, and we always felt we were in safe hands. Each time I visited or phoned the clinic I was extremely well looked after. I would definitely recommend the clinic to other couples. Thank you to the team for bringing our baby girl into the world. She is now 4 months old and has already given us so much joy!

I cannot fault Bath Fertility, I used them for my second round of IVF and the care and level of professionalism put my mind at ease and made the entire process so much easier than my first round.Communication was brilliant and every single member of staff is so kind and caring.My only regret is that I didn't go to Bath for my first round. If you are considering using this clinic just go to the open day and you will see for yourself.Will be back for baby number 2 soon!

I came to Care Fertility Bath as an older woman (43) and conceived after 3 attempts at IUI. My beautiful baby boy is now 5 months old and thriving! I am extremely grateful to Care for their attention to my individual fertility profile, which meant that I was able to conceive with less intervention than is normal for my age. My experience of the clinic and its staff was good in every respect - I recommend it highly and without reservation.

Every person who came in to contact with me was very friendly and helpful. The technician (maybe not the right term!) who did the embryo transfer for me was extraordinarily lovely. Thank you to everybody!I was given the opportunity to lie down for as long as I wanted after the embryo transfer, which I really appreciated.The phones were quickly answered, so anytime I had any doubts or questions it was easy to get them answered.We went through treatment during the Covid-19 pandemic, so I would imagine that in normal circumstances, Care Fertility Bath would provide even better service and friendliness. (They - as everyone else - were limited due to masks and social distancing).I highly recommend this clinic.
