Amazing experience! car was due its first service. I was offered coffee and my own desk to work whilst I waited.Come home today to find a package from Cupra. It contained chocolates and 2 bottles of wine. One happy buggy and the best customer care I have been provided with by any car manufacturer.

I bought my 2017 vauxhall astra from this dealership and the car was in perfect condition has been recently serviced, new tyres, brake disc&pads were in good condition etc., i believe that it will not give me any headache on long term.Their sales manager Albert Machaya and Jake Kerins were very friendly and helpful, they helped me out during the finance process and answered all the questions I’ve had, i would recommend this dealership for everyone looking for a car

Massive fan of this dealership. Big shout out to Graham who went over and beyond for us. Husband mentioned that our son was interested in tyre sensors and had a question - he sent a SEAT gift wrapped package to him with the answer to question on the tag. Lovely surprise and delight touch and very happy customers. Car is now great too. Thank you.

Car needed a recall, booked an appointment with them. Dropped the car off with minor cosmetic wear however have back to me with the passenger front panel hit, scraped and paint teared off and cracked. As you can see in the before and after photos. Definitely do not recommend this branch, looking to take my complaint to the regional manager.

A six month wait for our new small car shows how the market has changed. We've just taken delivery but a lot more communication during the wait was promised and never happened. The garage side of this franchise is consistently good, however.

I ordered a Cupra Born back in October 2022. Since then, WJ King Bromley's customer service has been non-existent. I have received no news or updates on progression of order that I've not had to seek myself. I have been repeatedly ignored, my emails remain unanswered, over the phone I've been assured that I will be contacted back multiple times and not once has it happened. This lack of communication applies to both the salesman working my case and the management that I attempted to elevate the issue to.A recall was issued on my car after production two weeks ago. No explanation or specific information was offered, nor any updates sought by WJ King after the fact. I emailed yesterday asking for an update, I was told I would be updated by end of day, and here we are at end of play the next day with no response. At this point I am strongly considering dropping my order in spite of the fact my car has been built as I do not wish to deal with this dealership for my contract term. If I do drop I will be utilising the multiple examples of negligence and unprofessionalism sat in my email inbox to seek the refund of my deposit.I am typically a soft and patient customer. I understand fully that a recall is out of the dealership's control. What I object to is the negligence and utter lack of communication. I suspect that the dealership would not have followed up on my case at all until prompted, that the case has not progressed over the last two weeks, and as such any progression that could have been made by a competent dealership has been wasted. I strongly advise shopping elsewhere.

Car parts keep breaking, website says it shuts 6pm but when I got there at 17.45 they had already shut even after speaking to someone on the phone prior to driving 10 miles to the dealership.Avoid vauxhall if you can and especially bromley branch terrible service
