The best coffee in Windsor. Nice staff especially Liz and very helpful, always with a smile. The place provides great food as well, simple and less expensive than most of Windsor. This is the locals place and has a nice space and pleasant atmosphere. A must stop in for the coffee traveller

The taste and the presentation of the coffee was not specialty-like at all. The service wasn't good either, I got a take away cup although I said I'll be sitting inside, and I had to repeat 6 times which cake I want.

Food was good and can't fault that. However, the service is lacking and seems to be an ongoing issue from reading other reviews. When ordering sandwiches, the woman acted as though this was an inconvenience, coupled with the fact that they were out of chicken. I appreciate being short staffed but there are ways to address people in a polite way. A shame as I had high hopes; OZone coffee is delicious and it's in a charming location. Customer service is severely lacking.

Had a layover in London and stopped in to grab coffee at Craft Coffee House. It was simply delightful - I went with a flat white and it was perfectly prepared. The indoor and outdoor environment is very nice, and I love that to access it you go down a small little tunnel. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Windsor

We went to this coffee shop at 3:50 for a coffee and asked the women working there (not sure of her name but she was northern) if dogs are allowed in, she said no so we said can we take a takeaway drink and sit outside. Absolutely fine. When I ordered my coffee she moaned that she had just cleaned the coffee machine and now she had to clean it again because of us.Then we sat outside at 4pm, she then said she’d have to take the chair cushions away as they’re closing- she was very very rude. We said you close at 4? And she said she was closing anyway. If the coffee was good I wouldn’t have cared as much. But bad service and bad coffee.Won’t be returning and I suggest you don’t either

A little surprised to be denied a takeaway cup when having a coffee inside. My oat americano was ok, but my wife’s decaf was sour and borderline undrinkable. An ok place, but friendlier service would make a difference

Nice cafe, has ozone coffee from London. But the coffee was made terribly, espresso was too acidic means over extracted (check how dark it is on the pic). Couldn’t drink it. Maybe was not lucky with barista, but my coffee cup was really bad.

The coffee here is very good. It's £2.70 for a flat white, but they deliver, so if you're in the area and you want a coffee, go here.I really want to give this place 3.5 stars. Yes, the coffee is top notch but there are a few things that let it down.Firstly, the staff are slightly ponderous in their movements, there doesn't seem to be much communication between them and this didn't really fill me with confidence. It's okay if you have all day, but I had a train to catch and wasn't particularly reassured that I was any kind of priority, especially when I asked for a takeaway coffee and the guy told me to take a seat!Secondly, you can see a rather stark and brightly lit kitchen, which detracts from the experience and clashes from the more thoughtfully decorated coffee shop. When you're charging almost 3 pounds for coffee beans, milk and hot water, this stuff matters - especially because the coffee shop is based in quite a picturesque courtyard. If they could make the service and general ambience as good as the coffee, they'd be on to a winner.
