Plans For Extensions

So happy we went with plans for extensions for our new kitchen. From the day Neil came to measure up the site to receiving planning permission they’ve been great! Ben has been so helpful with additional advice and even helped us sort out the build over agreement with Severn Trent. Excellent service and highly recommended.

We recently had our plans drawn up by Ben after Neil came round to do the initial measurements. Ben created a design that we were really happy with and has been great advising about planning permission and also ensuring we received the correct approval. We found our builder through their recommendation and are very pleased with the overall service we have received.

They've always replied quickly to questions and when we needed to make amendments to our plans they sorted it all out promptly and without hassle. Highly recommend plans for extensions. Ben and Neil stepped in at last minute and had to redraw our plans (our originals were created by another company and not fit for purpose). They offer a high quality service, attention to detail and are extremely experienced and professional.

I am a year 10 (15 year old) student from a local secondary school, and i have just finished my work experience with plans for extensions. The staff here are so kind and accommodating, they also went out of their way to teach me as much as they could about architecture i really appreciate that thanks a lot Ben and Abaid.

A complete rip off.Neil vouched for the builder who recommended them for drawing the plans for my extension.Now it's more than five months, and everything is left half done. I'm still boarded up with no French doors which I paid for in May. Roof, outside rendering, bathroom, plumbing, electrical work, all unfinished. He has been fitting the kitchen for the past two and half months and still not finished, work is very shoddy. Neil and Ben are responsible as much as the contractor who put forward them. The contractor, Dale, has the technique of asking for payments, starting the work and then never finishing it. So now I'm stuck having paid above the original quote, but nothing has been completed. Dale is a cowboy builder and Neil and Ben facilitated him in drawing me into his fraudulent scheme.Shame on you.I would have given no stars, but the system doesn't allow it.

We heard about Neil when we had a problem designing a kitchen. Neil came to see us and quickly and concisely advised of ideas to resolve our issues. We chose to go with an extension plan he proposed. Part of Neil's service is to offer a list of builders to obtain quotes to complete the build. He also advised of relevant building inspectors. We had never been through the process of this level of change to our house.Neil offered further advice when we needed it. Throughout he was prompt, effecient and very pleasant and helpful. He helped to put our mind at ease.The build has just come to a close and the results are great and a lot of that is down to Neil, the builders he recommended and the relationships we built throughout.I have no hesitation in recommending Neil and his team whether you are a novice or have lots of experience.Very very happy.

I have used Neil for years for my extensions and planning needs. He's a genuinely great guy, is passionate about his work and cannot do enough for you. He is now working with his Son Ben who is very much the same. If you need some plans drawing up and you want a friendly, professional and approachable service then don't look any further. Ben and Phoebe did an amazing job at getting the ideas in my head onto paper. They were extremely helpful and responded to all my various questions and took the time to sit with me and amend plans. They provided a list of builders, which in current climate was very much needed. Extension now complete with all sign offs. Would recommend.

We are really pleased from the service provided from Neil and his team. After my Dad went with a different architect whose service was very poor we decided to go with Neil after a recommendation. Although our original plan wasn't excepted by the council Neil and Phoebe were more than helpful of resigning the plan of what we wanted. Their plans are clear, accurate and easy to understand.
