Served by Ana who was very helpful and friendly as were all the staff in the store. Bought excellent quality towels as usual, as well as some lovely smellies as a gift.

Really disappointed in one of my favorite stores. Needed to return a Euro sham that the associate sold me as part of a duvet set. I needed two standard shams. Not one standard and one Euro. After about 30 minutes, the manager appears to say she had to check the cctv before processing the refund. Silly. Disorganized. Insulting. I will think twice about The White Company next time.

Worst service ever!!! Unprofessional staff, who don't even bother to listen properly to take the right details, and this goes specifically to ANGELA!!!!! I spent a lot of money on a big order with gifts to take with me before I travel. I asked for it to be delivered to my house, and they ended up entering the wrong email address, although I did ask Angela to check it but she ended up dismissingy request amd saying everything is FINE! Wrong email meant I had no tracking details. Then they said they cannot deliver it on time because it was the weekend although ANGELA had promised a delivery on Saturday, and my flight is on Sunday. Had to go to store to fix the issue, and even after when they said everything has been fixed, turns out delivery company still has NO email address on their system....Very poor communication, Unprofessional, and inconsiderate. Would give ZERO stars if it was an option. Thanks for adding much more stress to my life just before I travel.

If you're a fashionista, this is the place to get your stuff from. The staff here take pride in their jobs and their happiness is contagious. Even the Italian security person liked talking to people.

We paid £450 for a valance in November 2021. In September 2023 we were informed that it was not available and they have refunded us.However, they did not contact us to ask us where to refund us and I’ve sent it to a credit card that doesn’t exist anymore.Despite numerous phone calls and emails, they are refusing to refund it to the correct account.I have spent thousands of pounds in the white company over the last 20 years. I have always received excellent service until now.
