Used NJP motors for vehicle repairs via my insurer.Friendly and accommodating team both with via collection and drop off. Work itself done to an excellent standard (took some time to complete due to difficulties sourcing parts which was no fault of theirs) and with the assurance of a 12 month guarantee.

This company have had my car since the 18/7/22. It was sent there by my insurance company for repairs. At no point have they been in touch and never return my calls they even fob off my insurance company who is paying the bill. They did briefly return my car in September but with a list of mechanical problems as long as your arm even though it was supposedly checked befire they returned it.They just did not want to know at first and took two weeks of me complaining before they came to collect it back. I am still waiting for an update. I have called the insurance multiple times but have been told they are still waiting for someone to look at it thiseven though it is 3 weeks after it was cillected. There website says they pride themselves professionalism and attention to detail nothing could be further from the truth. I have only rated this business a 1 because you can't give it 0
