Flamsteads Dry Cleaning

They provide a brilliant service - I've been using them for years since moving to Hertford. They have even recently ressurected a dress shirt with a burn on the sleeve! Would highly recommend.

I’ve had two alterations now at Flamsteads, excellent service and fair price. Happy with how my dresses have turned out. I’ve also used them to dry clean our duvets and clean my wedding dress a few years back, my go-to place in town. Would recommend for quality and value for money service.

I have used Flamsteads for a number of years and have always had very good service at a reasonable price. Had to get a pocket repaired on one of my jackets which was turned round very quickly and looks to have been done really well.

Awful. A girl I know got married a few weeks ago, she took her dress here to be dry cleaned. They charged her £400 for it to be done. She's contacted them & they have LOST her WEDDING DRESS. They have ignored all of her messages, and deleted everything to do with it off of their FB page. A wonderful, special & magical day for Lauren and her husband, COMPLETELY ruined by Flamsteads Dry Cleaning's INCOMPETENCE. How the hell do you LOSE a WEDDING DRESS??????????????? Own up to what you've done, GIVE THIS GIRL HER MONEY BACK AND APOLOGISE.

I recently had my husband's 3-piece suit dry cleaned at Flamsteads Dry Cleaning, and I couldn't be happier with the results. They cleaned it to perfection, and I can confidently say that these guys are the best in town. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for my dry cleaning needs. Their service is top-notch, and the results speak for themselves. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and exceptional dry cleaning service.

Avoid this place they have lost my sister in laws wedding dress charged her £400 then tired to get another £150 saying they didn’t have the right tools then told her they sent it back because it wasn’t cleaned to there standards then 3 weeks later after she called they said they have lost it my sister inlaw is heart broken and all they keep doing is telling lie after lie will be going to the local press in the next few days would have given 0 stars trust me we will not let this go

NEVER GO HERE. Please please please do not entrust your beautiful wedding dresses to these people. My sisters wedding dress is gone! £400 up front then after more money to pay for specialist cleaning tools then a dress that is lost. They sub contract out to Harlow Dry Cleaners and they are all dishonest, untrustworthy people. Trading standards, police and local press due to help with further investigations. They’ve admitted liability after three months and suggest an insurance pay out is the end of the story but please ask yourself if you would accept the story of a disappearing wedding dress - something you hoped to keep forever for generations to come - I can tell you now no woman would and neither will we. The compensation is one thing the answer to this mystery is another!

1st time I met the owners who are extremely pleasant and friendly. The prices seemed very good value. You should definitely come and check out flamsteads dry cleaning for their excellent customer service and price range. Other services include personalised merchandise, printing and embroidery. I give them a 5 star service. Will definitely visit again soon.

Great dry-cleaning & boxing service for wedding dress. I gave my wedding dress over to their team mid-late December & received it delivered to my home in a beautiful box a just shy of a month later - beautifully cleaned and cared for ☺️Only item I would say might need improving is their frequency of updates - I had limited communication in this time but for level of service I would recommend them!

I have used Flamsteads for many years. Managed to remove stain from a very expensive item. So pleased. Excellent customer care and always so happy to help. The best in town by far. They have also just won an award for all their hard work
