First time trying wagamamma's breakfast. Enjoyed their veggie breakfast with a twist (breaded pumpkin instead of hash browns, bao bun instead of toast and served with siracha!). I would rather the 'bacon' was replaced with a veggie sausage as the rashers were quite salty and hard.

This was my second time only in Wagamama ever! I really enjoyed the Pad Thai with chicken and prawns. It was very tasty and surprisingly filling. There was a generous amount of prawns in it which is good. I would definitely order it again.

Average at best, the bun was way too spicy, the chair I was sitting on was uncomfortable, cold and had a broken leg which was shorter than the other by at least two centimetres, making a very wiggly seatLimited menu in the morning,Only vegan ice cream, the waiter didn’t know the ingredients of the vegan ice-cream(What happened to nice dairy ice-cream?!) had to leave the “ice cream” as it tasted like chilled hubba-bubba…

Just what you need before or after a long flight. They got a beautiful view. Healthy soups that are truly nutritious and service is great. You can just pay and order with your phone which is super smooth.

Came in for some nibbles while waiting for my flight. I tried the new hot pot. It was full of flavour but had far too much oil. The bang bang cauliflower turned out to be the star. Love the sauce.I also liked how they used shichimi spice on the rim of my bloody samurai. One to copy at home.

Canadian traveller here. Stopped by this restaurant for dinner as it looked popular by the long line. We waited for only 10 minutes for a seat. Lots of seating areas for families with booths and long tables. Loved the interior design for that modern look.Wait time before getting drinks was another 10 minutes. I ordered the pad Thai with prawns and chicken and I must say, it lacked the kick of tamarind, citrus and sweet kick to it. You can definitely taste the grilled/smoked flavouring. It was more of a noodle stir fry dish with prawns and chicken and not pad Thai. My partners order came several minutes later and when we followed up they stated that it was coming and it was late because his dish was being made in “different parts of the kitchen”. I was 3/4 of the way with my food when my partners arrived. He had a coconut curry dish which was way better tasting than my dish. The calamari sauce was delicious and the calamari was not so bad. With the services, they can only do so much with the amount of customers flowing in. It’s very busy that you see several dishes sitting on the counter space. I would recommend if you have the time to wait and crave noodle/rice dishes.

I had a disappointing experience at Wagamama in Gatwick Airport. After waiting for 20 minutes to be seated, I was finally shown to a table. However, the service went downhill from there. For the next 40 minutes, I had to repeatedly request a glass of tap water, which should have been a simple and quick request.When the water finally arrived, the waitress just left the glass and disappeared without taking my order. This left me feeling frustrated, hungry, and ignored.Unfortunately, I left the restaurant feeling very upset with the service I received. Waiting for an extended period to even get water and then being neglected when I was ready to order was not the experience I expected. It's safe to say that I won't be returning anytime soon due to this awful service.

This chain in the Gatwick airport had very nice vegan options. I had the vegatsu curry and the sticky vegan ‘ribs’ and thought both were very good. The ribs were especially good! I would definitely get them again. Definitely one of the best airport restaurants I’ve been to.

A little bit of queue to get in, which is fine, what is not OK is that people that queued after us were sat at a table before we did (same type of table). Food was alright, arrived quickly. Very busy restaurant.
