Find them not very reliable. They often don't answer the phone! Would only call them as an absolute last resort !

Best taxi service in the city. Highly recommend. The lady drivers are extremely helpful and professional. The rates are very fair and cheap. Ideal for tourists.

Thanks so much to Route Taxis for taking us to Belfast City airport and home again. Such a professional service and a brilliant car and drivers on both occasions. Booking the taxi really took the stress out of getting to the airport and the driver communicated effectively with us and arrived promptly. He was very helpful in putting our luggage into the car and helping us when we got to the airport. On the way home we found Route Taxis very understanding of our travel delay and they collected us a day later than planned. Richard was also so good at waiting on us at Belfast City airport when we had to report that one of our suitcases was missing. Very professional and excellent service from start to finish. We will definitely book Route Taxis for future airport runs! Thank you!

As well as using Route Taxis for personal use, we also use them predominantly for airport transfers for North Coast Sailing clients. It's always been a comprehensive service for my clients. They report that the drivers are always friendly, providing a relaxed and welcoming introduction to Northern Ireland, offering a good first impression before getting on board our yacht for their sailing holiday. I've noticed that with such transfers, the cars have always been clean and well presented with the driver well dressed. All these things add up to a high quality, good value service. The Mercedes Benz V Class adds a nice touch of luxury and professionalism, again adding to my clients holiday experience.
