We would highly recommend this company, very prompt and professional. We've had them look at our boiler a few times now over the years, and really happy with the service. We would like to thank James for fixing our boiler, a real lifesaver, he's always polite and friendly , and great advice on keeping the boiler in working order. a really fantastic service.

Boiler service, James this time and as ever an excellent job. Fast Fix have been looking after our boiler for years and have always been cheerful, reliable and very tidy workers.

The answer phone message we left was answered promptly. The engineer offered us help over the phone to fix the boiler ourselves. When this did not work the engineer made a next day appointment. He was on time, polite and fixed the boiler quickly. He then serviced the boiler and checked everything else was in good order. Excellent, quick service by competent and efficient engineer. I would highly recommend them.

What an exceptional service from as all at Fast fix boilers and tanks.Phoned Jo yesterday, very pleasant and efficient lady.Mark one of their operatives arrived to inspect tank within an hour and discuss situation.Jo was able to give us quotes and options with info from Mark's visit.The old tank was removed and new tank installed TODAY, all in about 2 hours !Two chaps who did the work were a great team and v professional with all manner of equipment to make for a smooth installation.Not easy access.Very good quality tank and 1st class connections to boiler feed.They left the place very clean and tidy.One could not ask for more.Thank you all at Team Fast fix boilers and tanks !

I would highly recommend Fast Fix Boilers & Tanks. After trying to find a reliable company to service my boiler for a while I contacted this company and within a couple of days James came to service my boiler and was very thorough. He noticed that my oil tank was showing signs of splitting. Within two days I had my quote and appointment for new installation. The team who came to me were very professional and their work was of an exceptional standard. No mess, and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you to the whole team.

Boiler failed on the 23rd of December 2021. I had very little hope for repair in 2021, however I found FastFixboilers am on the 24th. The were able to provide an engineer am (Jamie) and guess what he arrived and fitted required part in two hours!!! Wonderful result no excuses using COVID etc , very professional Five Star Service, a pleasent experience many other organisation would do well to try to emulate. Will be my first choice going forward.
