Great staff great service amazing barbers

Booked in for a set time. Arrived 10 minutes early, sat around waited for over 30 minutes for the booked barber to start a different cut. Never again I’ll go else where

2 hours wasted by ash the supposed 'manager' Was MEANT to be a lovely experience with my kids to get nice haircuts before my wedding.I recently had an unfortunate experience at Prestige Barber Shop in Hangleton/Hove that left me feeling disappointed and undervalued as a customer.Upon arriving at the barber shop, I noticed that some customers who arrived after me were allowed to go ahead of me in the queue. This was a day you couldn't physically book. as wednesdays and thursdays are walkins ONLY. This blatant disregard for the principle of first come

Had the same experience here was left waiting for ages. I went specifically on a day that was walkins ONLY left me waiting for ages. Fact is you CANT BOOK on a Wednesday and Thursday. But we'll done for somehow hacking the website Glen.

It was so easy getting my babies hair cut thank you to all the staff for keeping him entertained normally it is extremely difficult but thanks to the prestige team we were in and out in 20 minutes and no tears!

My 12 year old Son went for a haircut here. They charged him more then quoted on their website and said to him they have added a booking fee and that this is mentioned online. I checked and this is not mentioned anywhere online. I queried it and they said they can charge whatever they choose to and don't have to mention the booking fee online. The cut was OK but uneven in places so I will definitely be going elsewhere next time.
