I went to the store yesterday to look at a new Samsung tablet. Before that, I walked around for about an hour, looking at various televisions and electronics. At no point was I offered any help or assistance, and as someone who uses a walking stick with stability issues, I was not impressed. The main point there were plenty of staff on the shop floor who patently did not care about customers. To say I had a sense of humour failure was an understatement.

Went to get a new I Phone. Really good advice and really good service. Really great selection of TVs as well. Better to go in weekdays because weekends are busy.

I have been waiting to be seen and waited for 45 mins. All I can see they all were going to see for the customers preference rather than seeing who came first. Specially the Guy with the glasses I think his name is Kawely that he told me off and very rude. Bad service.

Picked up an online order. The staff could have been a bit more helpful and proactive perhaps

I bought a brand new apple Mac here in Brixton. When I was handed this laptop I noticed it had no cellophane wrapped around or an outer brown box. So I asked “is this how the lap top comes” the guy who served me answered yes . With a knitted brown I continued to purchase the item as I trusted them.4 weeks later my screen went black. I immediately went into Currys Brixton to explain what happened instead of changing my lap top for a brand new one as I had a 1 year warranty, I was accused by Marcia of dropping my laptop which I didn’t. Can you image being accused of something you haven’t done. Then I was charged £60 to check my laptop in, she told me this is all I need to pay , 2 days later I received a call from Know how at Currys who Know nothing . Asking me to pay a further £360 on top of the £60 I had paid I was furious.I told them to return my laptop asap, I went into Apple store and explained what had happened to me Apple were so helpful,They told me there products always comes with cellophane wrapped, green seal and outer brown box, which mine did not. Currys had sold me a refurbished Mac book air.Apple also confirmed this laptop was previously damaged , graphic damage which is progressive . Which explains why Marcia from Currys accused me of dropping it, damage which Currys had caused they dropped it in their warehouse. I had to pay the price with stress.Apple also told me Currys should have advised me that it’s a free diagnostic directly with apple instead they couldn’t be bothered stealing peoples money, charging me.Apple took my laptop in fixed it free of charge which cost apple £655 in total. My advise to the public go into Apple store directly for any apple products it’s free diagnostic, they may fix it for free. Apple value their customers.Unlike the terrible staff at Brixton can’t be bothered.I went into Currys Brixton and spoke to the manger name Jermaine to tell him his that he needs to compensate me, for the inconvenience 3 times a visit in to currys twice Apple store , other wise I will contact the retail ombudsman. He told me escalate it! Message to you Currys It has been escalated!

I recently bought a washing machine and the service was excellent.I also had it installed and the old one taken away. The men who did it’s a very good job without disturbing me.

Very convenient store for appliances, computers, laptops, printers, earphones, earbuds, gaming consoles and accessories, TVs, and many more devices and gadgets. The customer server is good; depending on which of the staff you speak with. The store is clean and well organized. The pricing is also very affordable and they have excellent payment options.

I purchased a television online to collect the order from the brixton store, when I arrived to collect an employee was being very disrespectful to the other employee an Indian lady.this guy who was very disrespectful to the Indian lady after I waited for 20 minutes came to serve me I told him that I didn't want to be served by him because you can't look at a person's face and smile when he is acting inelegant with a person who could be his mother I asked to be attended to by another employee And then he started shouting at me.there was one more employee and the Indian lady who were very respectful and tried to help me and the other customers who were there. As for the television I bought at Currys, it's very good, five star quality, but because of an employee. Unfortunately, I would think twice before collecting any product from this store if that employee still continues to work.

Despite a lot of staff being visible in store, very few want to help customers. Very long wait at both counters. Not always the friendliest. Had to wait over 30 minutes to return an online order and decided to leave the queue to buy rather than continue to wait in the queue any longer.

Faulty dishwasher bought less than a week ago. They make life as hard as possible to sort out. Firstly you have to get through to manufacturer to get an ‘uplift number’ then you have to give that number to curry’s so that you can get a replacement. The number you call is a press 1 for xxx 2 for xxx 3 forxxx and you go around the houses and spend ages on the phone . Then they say as you bought it from a shop and not online you have to go back to the shop (even of it’s miles away from you.) They don’t even give you tell numbers for the shop and they are unlisted.Do yourself a favour. Try AO instead. It’s what I will do in future. You may pay a few quid more but it’s worth it.
