T1 Muay Thai

Fantastic place to come to get fit. Everyone is friendly and no session is ever the same. Since starting I have built up my fitness and gone from 1 class a week to 3. We laugh a lot! But we work hard and the results speak for themselves. If your wanting to get fit I highly recommend this class you won't be disappointed.

Training with Jon and the team is brilliant! Every session is designed with a purpose, and it is a great feeling seeing myself and others progress their own abilities and fitness. I would recommend anybody looking to start or continue with Muay Thai, or to simply get fit, give it a try.

I've been training here for since July/ August last year, at first I was very nervous because of my previous martial arts experience not being very good, but I love attending my sessions every week. Everyone is like one big family, and they welcome new people with open arms. Never once have I felt like I am not wanted there.The trainers have a lot of time for people, and ensure they are working themselves to their full potential in the right way, and will offer more support/ guidance when they know you need it. They're very knowledgeable and I have a lot of time for them.If you're looking for something a little different and challenging I'd definitely recommend Muay Thai at T1.

I started at T1 Muay Thai about a year ago an it was the best decision I have made it has not only taught me great Muay Thai skill but has also given me more confidence as a person. This is a fantastic club an I will be a long serving member thanks to its fantastic coaching team.

Fantastic family atmosphere. I come for the fitness benefits of Muay Thai and I'm never disappointed. The leaders are friendly and very attentive. I look forwards to the classes every week.

Trained here a couple of times now and very happy with the atmosphere and content. Everyone is friendly and instructors are well clued up on everything you need to know from technique to fitness. Can't wait for my next session on Monday

Started at T1 Muay Thai a couple months before lockdown. I mainly stick with the 1 to 1 sessions training my skills and I feel as if I have learnt so much in such a short time. Fantastic trainer and great training area and equipment. Definitely recommend, very welcoming.

My son goes here they have helped with his confidence and more. He has made new friends . Joe and the team are fantastic i would highly recommend this to anybody whether it's just for fitness or to get to meet new people make new friends this class is for everyone of all abilities there really is NOWHERE BETTER than here5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ !!!
