Product brakes down, deliver a damaged replacement, then fail to collect that one. Would never buy from them again, lucky to get an email a day from their support". Live chat just points you to their "support" mailbox."

DON'T buy cookology products, if you don't buy directly from them they won't supply spares and the components are non standard sizes etc so no spares available elsewhere. I suspect even if you were able to buy from them you would be made to pay handsomely for the privilege! Their products are mainly made in China and at best average quality usually less than. I had a hob last less than 1 year!BE WARNED they are a BAD Company

Good value cooker hood, reliable supplier. Fans a bit noisy the top bracket did not have any thread for fixing the top of the chimney. you will have to cut out a small hole for the cable outlet (left or right of bottom of chimney) Not keen on the light but all in all very good. I'm using filters for recirculation.

Easy to order, 5 day delivery. Unfortunately fridge freezer damaged during transit. Customer service very helpful and quick to resolve the issue. Exchanged unit again very quick delivery happy with the product. Good American fridge freezer at a reasonable price.

Bought the CBID600 integrated dishwasher three years ago and having to replace already! The metal frame is coming away from the door and when our fitter approached Cookology for parts, they said they don’t do them!They’re cheap for a reason - don’t buy!!!

Received a concerning letter that the gas hob I bought last year from Cookology that it is at risk of causing a major gas leak due to a faulty connector.Followed the instructions and booked a British Gas appointment with Cookology to rectify this issue today, taking a day off work and no engineer bothers to turn off.Company is impossible to get through to to sort this out, been on hold now over 15 minutes, can't book a new appointment online because I'm already on the system. Eventually got through to their third party agency MKT Point - to encounter the worst customer experience ever! After making it half way through the booking process the extremely unprofessional operator hung up on me.Don't buy from Cookology, choose an alternative, safer brand who have some consideration to after-sales care...

Abysmal.Item was received SEVERLY damaged,NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.When generously trying to alleviate the problem, I was met with sass and a power trip.Unfortunately they didn't care for my disablement and looked to make the issue as difficult as possible for me,Terrible shame this company is allowed to trade. They clearly took my mental impairment as a green light to discriminate me, product is a budget low standard. Looks achie breakie to me, I wonder how long this sub standard product will last.I feel taken advantage of and discriminated due to there knowledge of my disability and mental impairment,I have ring doorbell evidence of the item being deliveratly dropped by the delivery company off the back of the van, cookology wasn't willing to review this video evidence, also laughing can be heard by the delivery driver.

If I could give zero or minus ,I would.Purchased a table top dishwasher. Broken now after 14 months.£268 wasted.They should be ashamed of themselves taking customers for a rideAs long as they have your money, there is no goodwill gesture or help after the one year guarantee. This is what they bank on, that they're inadequate appliances break just after the warranty has run out. I really wished I had come across these reviews before , now I'm nervous about the tumble dryer I purchased also from them a few weeks ago. I'm preparing for the same to happen.Would NEVER recommend this company to anybody. Keep your money in your pocket or give it to someone reputable and not these cowboys.

There is a product recall ongoing for several of their hobs with potential for a gas leak.They have arranged an engineer four times now to repair product, (via British gas) but each time there is a cancellation due to no parts or something else comes up.Forgot about contacting British gas, because if you call them they have no idea they have been hired by cookology to fix the hobs.Avoid
