Completely honest. Today (Sunday afternoon) I telephoned to ask for help with my TV expecting an answerphone service thinking that as it is the weekend I would perhaps get a telephone call tomorrow-being a working day. However, within a very short time I had a phone call from a gentleman. When I explained the exact problem he told me that it is a common problem with older TVs and that it would be expensive to repair so it would be in my best interests to purchase a new TV. What honesty! He could have come to my home and told me the same thing and charged for visiting me. What a gent !
