Amazing customer service. Bought a Phillips Ambilight TV that I really wasn't happy with. Brought it back in the original packaging, a lovely chap helped me get it out of the car and the refund process couldn't have been easier.

Superb service: I bought TV from Richer Sounds and wanted to connect my analogue amp and speakers. Three shops had said couldn't be done. Chaps at Richer Sounds said no problem and sold me connections. I later found a hitch with setting up connection. I went on spec to shop: it was closed as I was half hour early, but young chap came to door and invited me in. He started up a similar TV and made some guesses - since he could not know my amp system. He was right. What more can one ask for?
