Richard is very helpful, friendly and efficient! He helped me move this morning and this is the best van service I've used - I'd definitely recommend. He helped me move some furniture and lots of boxes accross London. He arrived early, and we managed to get the moving done very quickly, and the price is also very affordable.

Excellent service from Koala Vans this week. Richard and Leo were flexible, hard-working and quick to find solutions. They took care of bulky and fragile items and my move went very smoothly thanks to their efforts. Richard in particular was a reassuring presence at what had otherwise been a stressful time! The service came highly recommended to me by a friend, and I would in turn highly recommend Koala Vans.

After being let down twice by Anyvan I contacted Richard and just wish I had found him before.He is professional, arrived promptly and works efficiently. And on top of this he is a truly kind, friendly and bright person. So not only was the job done quickly and smoothly it is honestly a pleasure to meet and be around him.Can’t recommend him highly enough.

Friendly, professional, and prompt service.Following a phone consultation a few days before the move, Richard and Paul were amazingly swift carrying my things down millions of stairs between my old flat and the moving van.All around fantastic experience and happy to recommend to anyone!

Richard/Koala Vans is the only professional moving company you want to use. He is super friendly, reasonably priced, very accomodating and punctual. We have used him for the last two house moves (Brockley/Crofton Park area SE4) and has made those moves the least stressul we could ever want. Richard is very efficient and will always suggest the best way to move things based on his experience. He is also full of life experiences and so makes chatting to him a breeze.
