We met my sisters and brother in laws here on Tuesday afternoon. The place was inside of the Freshney Shopping Centre and was in a very pleasant area. It was very busy and had a lovely atmosphere.

The worst Costa in Grimsby (see my other reviews for the best one). There is always something wrong with the drinks here, and my visit today was no exception. I am a regular at Costa in many places, and this is by far my least favourite. Spent 15 minutes in a queue with only 3 people in it, drink I received was poor, and the noisy seating area is far from good atmosphere". I will never return here."

Cafe was a mess, and half of it was closed off. Service very slow. On the plus side, the coffee was good when I finally did get served.

What a bright and modern and cheery place to enjoy a coffee and a treat. Staff very knowledgeable on content of product and able to answer questions with care on dietary requirements. Great selection of coffee and snacks in a relaxing environment, love the sun streaming in from the glass roof. In centre of Freshney place shopping centre.

Coffee was lovely!! Millionaire shortbread was so tasty. The lady on the till was so nice, she helped me choose something different as I wanted a change. Very polite and helpful.The shop is so open and comfortable, was able to sit and chat and just enjoy the time spent at Costa.

Lov costa coffee you can hide out I. A corner if you wanted to. Sometimes you don’t have enough choice and a little expensive but very tasty. Lov going into costa for cheeky drink

Comfortable, open sitting area (but also with a cosier overflow area). Not keen on the savoury food but the cakes are consistently good as are the drinks (today's blueberry bubble frappé was delightful). Service always good even when very busy - my favourite go-to coffee shop.(Photo is of Strawberry and Cream Frappé)

As you'd expect from a Costa.The service could be a bit quicker, as the staff not fully utilised, the Costa in Louth has someone taking orders and 2 people making drinks. Here someone takes the order, then goes and makes the drinks.However, the standard of drinks still just as good, and I've not knocked stars off for this

At 2.50pm on Sunday they said we had to have takeaway only due to staff illness. Wouldn’t let us sit on the tables. Terrible service. There were at least 6 members of staff. Took ages to get 2 drinks. Didn’t look like many of them were doing much.

Not the most friendly staff. Telling customers to come and que in a certain ile when there were no signs. I was the second person in a row and a different question formed going the other way. I was directly next to the till. Rude staff. Tald me to join the back of the other que. Being disabled I did not moveHad to serve me. Just because my disability did not show this staff member needs to learn a few things. Will I be going back. Not on your nelly
