Very useful stop for visitor information: free city map and other useful information on tours and other activities. Staff have been very friendly every time I've stopped by.It has the widest range of Bristol souvenirs compared to other local tourist attractions, at fairly reasonable prices (for a souvenir/gift).In the past I've had trouble with their inconsistent opening hours, but in recent years they seem to have changed that for the better.

I visited this shop last week. There is an excellent selection of Bristolian gifts from Aardman themed toys to Stokes Croft china. They also have lots of tour books, leaflets and other things to help you find your way around Bristol. The staff are also very helpful.

Great place for information on events and tours in Bristol, as well as souvenirs. The staff were friendly and helpful. They also offer left luggage services for just £5 so you don't have to carry it around with you while you explore!

The staff are just amazing! I found myself stranded as I'd had some documentation stolen and John went out of his way to help me find accommodation for me and my wee dog. He was kind, funny, supportive and reassuring. Just brilliant - and the other staff were great too. My wee dog loves this place too!

The most important thing is that the staff here are so friendly and they will answer everything you ask related to the tourism spots in Bristol city clearly and politely. If you want to buy a one-day ticket bus to go around the city, buy it from here: it is cheaper than you buy onboard from the bus driver. The souvenirs and merchandises here are also cheap. You can take free maps and catalogues available here as well.

Good place for mugs, tea towels, blue glass and local postcards (to name a few) - postcards were good to take overseas/elsewhere to show people what Bristol is like. Some pricey items, but not all. Leaflets available for visitors.

Always pop in to see what's going on in Bristol when we are there. The staff are always v helpful and seem proud to represent this city. They also sell some great local products from Aardman to scarfs and gloves.

I can only judge this place from the point of view of a local not a tourist. They have always been polite, very helpful indeed and they have a great display of Bristol memorabilia. Also all the necessary bus timetables and as far as I am able to see details of all the interesting things to see.

Great for information, left luggage, late hotel bookings leaflets and friendly staff. Will it move to perfect but currently derelict site just across the harbour?

Whether you like Bristol or not, there is no denying that it has a rich and extraordinary social history. This is richly recorded in this souvenir shop both in quality and variety.
