Leamington Mazda (Green 4 Motor Company)

I bought a used car from the dealership a few weeks ago. They did a fantastic job prepping the car for me. The negotiation was very transparent and painless. Trying to buy a car over the last year has been an absolute nightmare until I came across Leamington Mazda.I originally inquired after a stock car, but that was no longer available, however, Steve, the Sales Manager, came up with a cracking deal and even guaranteed the value on my car whilst I waited for my CX-5 to be built.Steve passed my order onto Justin as my point of contact going forward.I originally wrote my review over 2 months ago, but as I have now collected my car and used it for a couple of weeks, I thought it was time to update my review.I actually received my car earlier than planned as the model I wanted was already on its way from Japan to the UK, the only difference, it was in the new colour of Rhodium White instead of the Artic White I originally ordered. Although it was an extra £700 it was worth having due to its imminent arrival and it does look good.So did Steve and Justin keep to their original deal?Yes they did, which was a big surprise, as so many dealers seek to renege on the deal they make in order to gain a financial advantage over their customers, I speak from experience on this.I traded my Mercedes B Class for the Mazda CX-5 Takumi AWD and I have no regrets, although the Mercedes excels in some areas, the Mazda more than makes up for this in what it others, for example 360° camera, head up display, Nappa leather seats, ventilated seats etc.Although it is still early days, the CX-5 is an excellent car and to have a Mercedes of a similar level, it would have to be a GLC which would cost over £60,000 and frankly, in my opinion, it is not worth the outlay.Would I purchase another Mazda?Although it is early days, I would have another Mazda and although Leamington Mazda is a 250 mile round trip for me I would certainly go back to Steve, Justin and the team at Leamington Mazda before looking elsewhere.If you want a good car and good service, coupled with a genuine deal, then I have no hesitation in recommending Leamington Mazda, give Steve or Justin a call, I am sure you will not regret it.I have added some photo's, although it had been snowing at the time.

I have dealt with Mazda Leamington since I bought my first car in 2018 and recently got my new Mazda CX-30 which I love already! The experience with Mazda Leam throughout the years has always been great. A special mention to Sal and Steve: their professionalism and care for the costumer is outstanding. They would go above and beyond to help finding what you need and make it happen. You can tell they are not there just to sell and trick you into a bad deal. The support and conduct throughout the process was brilliant and I always feel I can trust them and go back there for any issue, they’ll find a solution. This is unfortunately not always granted with other dealership. Well done guys, keep up the good work!

Today I collected my lovely Mazda CX-30 and traded in my old trusty Mazda 2. I have to say how amazing the whole team at Madza Leamington have been, even going the extra mile to make our two Chihuahuas feel comfortable in the store, they had plenty of cuddles from the team and fresh water was even bought out for them which was so sweet! Big special shout out to Martin who has had to deal with my anxiety, calling him multiple times to triple check paperwork needed etc, he has been fabulous from start to finish. I think Martin deserves a pay rise after coping with me! Unfortunately for him, we will 1000% be back for the second car from Martin (SORRY!) when my husband finally learns to drive!I did have one little thing happen, my key fob decided the battery was dead when I got home from collecting, even though the keys are fully checked, I must have had a dud battery, I called the team and they arranged for me to have the battery sorted out that day within 30minutes at a branch that was closer for me to get to, AND free of charge! Top tier service, honestly I couldn't fault them!10/10Again thank you so much Martin and the team from Mr & Mrs Darbyshire x

Fantastic service from start to finish. The process was quick and easy. I was provided with all the necessary information, multiple finance options and I didn't feel pressured into a purchase at any time. Wonderful...Wonderful...Wonderful.Been looking for new Mazda3. contacted many Mazda dealerships in the country.Leamington Spa Mazda were outstanding from start to the point of recieving my car and beyond.Steve the manager gave the best price of the new Mazda3 compared to the rest of the dealers and gave me the best price to part exchange my Mitsubishi Mirage3.I contacted them in May.Steve introduced me to Justin, and what a Sales Ambassador Justin is. Polite and very professional in his emails and phone calls.I was kept well updated on the progress when I put my order in May 2023.The transactions were very smooth.At the Mazda shawroom, all were professional and curteous.Their knowledge of my personal needs as well as them being freindly did put me at ease.I did not feel under any pressure.so happy I made the 100 miles journey from South Wales to their place.I would like to congratulate Mazda in having Steve as a manager and Justin as Sales Ambassador at Leamington Spa Mazda dealership.Is there is a rating higher than 10 out of 10? certainly it will go to them.well done. It's probably one of the best dealerships I have walked into not just Mazda - they want to sell cars but they do it in a very respectful way. I got there after trying a dealer locally who had a very cold attitude, as if to repel me with a don't waste my time" type demeanor. The salesman was reluctant to even let me test drive the CX-60 and insisted he needed to be present [don't want to name and shame

First time customers of Leamington Mazda. Travelled to view the car we were interested in and it was worth the journey. Friendly and professional staff especially Justin and Steve who looked after us. Nothing was too much trouble. Kept us updated with regular calls and even pictures whilst car was prepared. I had literally just been talking about getting this car the day before, and walked out with it the following afternoon! I fell in love with it the second I saw it, and as my first nice car I am very very happy.
