Although I managed to find what I needed, the person in the shop wasn't that helpful (he was looking after the shop while the owner was away): when I asked advice about fuses he didn't seem to know anything about them. He also didn't want card payments as he said he would probably take too much or put it into his account rather than the shop one. He only wanted to accept cash, though did direct us to the local cash machine. Since I needed the two items I had to take this option.

They had the Dometic fridge controls in stock at the right price and posted to me at 5pm on a Friday which arrived at 8am Saturday. Caravan fridge now working . Cracking customer service and knowledgeable Gentleman on the phone who didn't mind opening the box to double check it was the exact part I needed. Thank you very much.

I ordered a part only a small part battery strap and holder only to be told once my order arrived that I needed to order both parts,but both parts are pictured together and have the same product code and description. The person I spoke to on the phone wasn’t very helpful. So won’t be getting my custom any more as I’m just starting out with a touring caravan they might have lost a very valuable client/ customer..

Replacement part needed for my Thetford fridge…….. rang and got quick, helpful and massively appreciated help! Part ordered……. Delivery was awesome! Great service all round - super communication, advice welcomed, quick delivery and price good! Overall highly recommended. I part exchanged my old motorhome for a small second-hand caravan. Martin gave me a great deal and even found me a free awning, and other accessories. He let me leave the van in the yard until I had found a site, again for no extra charge. Very helpful and trustworthy. Can definitely recommend.

Visited to purchase some replacement spares for the caravan.The guy didn't think he'd got what needed then he had a thought and from somewhere in the store he produced what I was looking for.If ever you need spares/parts give this place try. A real 'Aladins cave'
