100% 5 star for their service. I needed a last minute luggage delivery and they delivered just like they said on their website.I was travelling from Norwich to Stansted Airport through London Liverpool Street station. I didn't have a luggage bag as I thought I could drop by my place on the outskirt of London just before my train left to Stansted from Liverpool. This didn't work out because the railroad had an emergency incident. So I was stranded in Liverpool Station without a luggage bag and I didn't know what to do. I rang up this service and they delivered this luggage just in time for my train to Stansted. I didn't know what I would have done without them. All this happened around 22:00 around which all shops were closing.Thank you Luggage centre and I highly recommend if you need a quality luggage bag last minute.P.s. The lady even gave me advice on how to claim reimbursement if the airline damaged my bag.

My old suitcase broke last minute and I needed a new one before my flight. These were some of the only people open and I'm so grateful because I made 1 phone call and they helped me find exactly what I needed and delivered it to my hotel within a few hours. Amazing!!

what a brilliant concept for the traveler in trouble! i needed a new piece of luggage on a late saturday night in london. i saw the five star reviews, i reached out to luggage centre on the phone, and two hours later i had a new very nice (and reasonably priced) carry-on hard shell delivered to my hotel.i would give 6 stars if i could.
