Well worth a look at this shop. Got a great deal for a KingSize mattress, free delivery in 3 weeks at a date that suits us. And though we didn't purchase bed base/bed head there was a great selection of some luxurious high bead heads.

Bought an electric bed September 2019 got it delivered no problem until 4 months later and the hydraulics at headboard end stopped working. After numerous emails was asked to send a video of bed not working which I did.after a few more emails I told them I was thinking of taking court action because I was getting nowhere with a bed I had paid over£400 for and explained that I suffer with copd and need to be raised when my breathing is bad.got a response straight away saying would I accept replacement base to which I said yes.nothing happend.weeks later after more emails get passed to somebody else who asks for a copy of my receipt which I have sent and had no reply from him since .awful custermer service

After a bike accident with a taxi driver i was left with back problems and could not sleep in my bed any more as settling and gettting comfy was an issue. I went to bed world factory and spoke to a very nice lady whom i explained my situation too. She pointed me to the best 2 mattresses . My bed came a week later the delivery guys where great. My bed is so comfy its like im on a giant marshmallow i can finely sleep again and settle.I see people complaing the beds a little faulty the quality isnt good. I went to several bed places and was quoted 1000,1500 for what i needed for my back. here i spent 345 and got delivery. Thier wasnt any marks or faults on my bed but if it had of had a mark or fault considering i saved loads of money with this place i would still be happy.

Absolutely disgusting customer services asked to be called my management numerous times to discuss a refund and they just ignore the emails they have delivered 3 faulty beds and now sending a fourth which I do not want I just want a refund and to top it off they do not even send a replacement ASAP they made make me wait 10 day for the 2nd bed 6days for the third bed and waiting 5 days for this fourth bed to arrive it’s unbelievable the beds turn up with ripped fabric and ridges all down the sides bulging out the fabric

I purchased the single bed with guest pull out for my daughter so easy when has a friend sleepover. The bed is great and great value but fail on Customer service and delivery. Delivery was arranged but never turned up returned to shop to confront had to wait 3 or 4 days for delivery again. Daughter loves her bed.

Rhys was so helpful when I went into the store, he showed me a lot of different options and tried to help narrow down the options that were suitable. Finally got one sorted and then arranged delivery. That has to be changed which is my fault and not the fault of the store or Rhys but the bed is super comfy and a reasonable price too. Very happy with everything from start to finish.

I recently bought a Joseph Sultan Pocket Spring Series 3000 Pillow Top Divan Bed-Double-Large End Drawer bed. Excellent comms great delivery (thanks driver!). The mattress is a bit on the firm side but hopefully it'll break in over time. At this price point absolutely no complaints and highly recommended.

after looking around at different shops we popped into bed world on clough road hull .jen the sales girl was so polite said have a look test the beds out and shout me when you need help . we did that and found jen to be so helpful.we bought a bed and mattress headboard picked a delivery date . they rang and turned up an hour early which was great for us . the delivery men where so polite . the bed is up and looks great can not wait until tonight .ha ha .thank you jen for your help and good advice . we would definitely recommend bed world clough rd hull .
