to avoid avoid avoid and AVOID. I have booked a week ago for my car to be picked up and serviced. They were supposed to call me early today and come between 8-10 am to pick up my car. No phone calls, no one came. I had to ring, to ask why no one called me or came as I took a day off work (loss of income), to be told that no one was coming, the job was not going to be done as it was too far! The booking was taken a week ago, the money was paid a week ago in advance to be told on the day that it was not going to happen!! I have asked him, what I was suppose to do now, he ACTUALLY PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON ME. AN APPALLING, UNSATISFACTORY, POOR, RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR!! they had to audacity to rebook another appointment on another day using their system, without my knowledge or agreement ! They will never touch my car and I will leave as many reviews as possible about this garage for handling it this situation in such poor manner!I can respond to your false statement. Yes you have put the phone down on me , Yes you were rude, yes you were supposed to call me, yes you were supposed to come and collect my car between 8-10 am which was book and paid for a week before. No excuses for rudeness. You have not being apologetic when I was on the phone with you. You simply said I was too far and you were not coming. I have asked you what I was supposed to do, you put the phone down on me. I am not speaking out of 'anger' this is not an 'angry' review. This is a formal complaint targeted directly at you for showing unprofessionalism. You called a few hours later leaving a voicemail, this time stating that the reason noone came it is because a member of staff was sick. None of your claims are sticking or being truthful. I have all of the right in the world to report (I will do it in all of review/ blogs possible) what you are doing. There are tons of extremely negative reviews about you and your company. Thank god ,we are able to express it publicly to stop people like you treating hard working people like me in such an appalling maneer. You haven't apologise once about the way I was treated considering, I booked, paid and took one day off work (loss of earnings) to have simply my car serviced. Your incompetence's need to be reported as well as your rudeness. i had an MOT at Arrow Auto Services today. They were very thorough, and followed closely the MOT standards even in small details. They kindly explained to me that there motive for high quality service is my safety, which i appreciate. They are trustworthy and do a proper job. Mick was very helpful, reasonable and provided excellent customer service. He works quick. He said it would be an hour and it was. Keep up the good work lads !!

Cowboys I had over £8000, for a van and had been nothing but problems my driveway is covered in oil I’ve had the van looked over by a professional and there saying to get Rid of it because it’s been bodged together this company should be ashamed of there self and I don’t understand why there still aloud to do business

Took my car to them because it had failed a MOT on almost everything you can think of the team at Arrow said leave it with us we will fix everything and put it through MOT. We will do everything we can to keep the cost down and they were true to their word im a very satisfied customer and will be using them for the foreseeable future I even referred a friend to take their car to them great service and very friendly thank you for the great service highly recommend them.

I highly recommend NOBODY use this garage as they are con men!!! I bought a Ford tipper truck off these guys for £5,300 and within the first couple months the fuel pump broke so I sent it back as was under warranty still they told me they would only have it 2-3 days and had it for over 3 weeks which meant I had to hire another vehicle in order to be able to carry on working which cost me hundreds of pounds and then when I finally got my truck back it still had a problem with the fuel pump aswell as now the window wipers don’t work neither do the blowers or the water jets and the hand brake cables all hanging off and damaged when I sent it off it only had a problem with the fuel pump every time I phone up they tell me the person I need to talk to is not there and to call back later so I call back later and still conveniently the person I need to talk to is not there this has happened several times now they also have not given me any kind of receipt or paperwork to show they even worked on it even tho I have asked multiple times very disappointed and feel very ripped off

We called Arrows in an emergency on a Saturday morning to get my car collected and fixed the man was very friendly on the phone and said he would help us out, no problem. We explained we were dealing with a time limit of Wednesday in that I work for the NHS and had home visits to complete from then onwards, the man said that too wasn't a problem, he would sort it for us. We didn't hear anything, by noon on Tuesday I was panicking and we called them - they hadn't even looked at the car. I asked for a new estimated completion date, was told the end of the week. The end of the week came and went, with no contact. We called the following Tuesday, only to be told the same thing, they hadn't looked at it yet. I arranged for a different garage to pick up the car to fix it at that point because I need my car to do my job!! They charged me £48 for picking up my car and getting it to their garage, less than half a mile down the road, which I thought was ridiculous as well. I'm happy to pay for pick up, but that's a big sum for such a small distance, to then do nothing with the car for the 11 days they were open!
