I would just like to say how very impressed we have been with the service from Warren’s.The guys arrived promptly, in fact they were early. They were polite, courteous and respectful with regards to us and our property. They we very effective and efficient and had the house/ garage and garden cleared in no time at all. Key items of furniture was careful dismantled and placed in quilted bags. This ensured all our belongings arrived as good as when they left in the same condition as when we left our old property. Consequently, I was free to get on with the cleaning and it was stress free.At the other end on the other side so to speak, we were again impressed by their swiftness and care and respect in covering our brand new flooring and carpet. Again; they were very accommodating even when we felt compelled to change our minds over a couple of pieces of furniture that were not quite right as they didn’t fit etc.I have to say that Esther who handles all the bookings was so helpful too; especially when things were beyond our control and at the mercy of the solicitors. I know that she went above and beyond to facilitate our move. Thank you.We honestly cannot fault the service we received yesterday. Thank you - what a fabulous team you are and I cannot recommend you too highly!

This was the third time we have used Warrens and it won’t be the last. Their pre-planning was professional and highly efficient and we couldn’t speak more highly of the 3 man team who carried out the ‘heavy lifting’ on the moving day. Our move was unusual as whilst the core part was from one house to the new one only 50 yards away, we have a third larger property some 4 miles distant, to and from which further furniture and belongings had to be transported.Everything went without a hitch and all done by mid afternoon. Brilliant!!!

This was our second time using Warren's and we cannot recommend them highly enough. Someone further up the chain halted us completing several times, but Esther was so kind and understanding, holding slots until we were absolutely sure everything was going ahead. It was so stressful but knowing that I was dealing with a company that understood it was out of our hands made it much easier.We opted to have the team do the packing for us this time due to the demands of work and two young kids. They were fantastic. I ended up having an interview on the day that they were packing and they worked so hard so that I could leave on time. The guys were all polite and friendly. I think it's really important to note that I felt perfectly safe and comfortable when I was alone in the house with them (I know this will be a big deal for a lot of women).When we arrived at the new house they unloaded quickly, ensuring that everything was where we needed it.I'm hoping we NEVER move again, but if we do, I would definitely use Warrens again. First class service, highly recommended!! Warrens were excellent from the start - nice easy process to get a quote and the follow up comms were clear. All of the guys packing and moving our stuff were polite, friendly and got on with the work efficiently. When we had a frustrating wait to get into our new house, the team were relaxed and carried on unloading our belongings into the evening, without ever complaining.

We were impressed from the first meeting earlier this year with Luke who came to assess our proposed move to Brighton. The excellent first contact continued when Warren himself completed the final quote. Everyone with whom we communicated throughout the process was polite, friendly, courteous, and the removal team of lads led by Chris (Rory, Dan, Lewis and Jai) were brilliant! Esther was always reassuring when we rang the office with a variety of questions. Cannot recommend Warren's Removals & Storage more highly, communication excellent, Esther incredibly helpful on the phone with all my questions and Jason and Jacob who moved a piano into my Dad's new home were incredibly helpful. The piano was my mother's and incredibly sentimental but they treated it the utmost care, wrapped in a quilted blanket for transportation with all the proper ropes etc for lifting it from van to house. Thank you!Also used them last year for Dad's main house move and again they took away all the stress and their work ethic and approach is brilliant.If/when I move myself I will definitely use Warren's. Warren’s were exceptional from start to finish during our move. The quote was competitive, arranging the date was made so easy by Esther and boxes were delivered when needed. Warrens moved us from Herefordshire to Devon last December. From the moment that Warren himself came to price up the move, we hit it off and quickly understood that this was a family run, professional company that we could trust.We have moved multiple times over the past 30 years and have always had to spend a lengthy time post move, reclaiming on multiple breakages. We were determined to find the right company for this move.We cannot recommend Warren and his fantastic team enough. Firstly – NO breakages. All of the team are personable, polite and great fun. They are so hard working and treated our possessions with care and wrapped everything beautifully. They arrived on time; they laid floor protection down and took shoes off when going upstairs. All of the team were such lovely people and each of them went above and beyond to ensure that this was a stress-free move for us. Thank you to Warren, Simon, Rory, Tanwa and Gareth, we just couldn’t have asked for a nicer group of people to move us to our new home.Our black Lab found a hole in the fence on arrival to Devon and Gareth helped my husband to find him. Simon ensured that all of our furniture was placed in the right rooms and all of the beds were put back together and that the garden furniture was placed thoughtfully in the garden. When I arrived the following day, everything was in the best place, it was clean and the team had completely tidied up after themselves. If we have to move again, we would only use Warrens removal company - we have found the best!It is rare to receive such exceptional service. Warrens is clearly a company that care about their staff and pride themselves on delivering the best possible customer service. We can’t thank you enough!

Warren’s sent George out for a quotation about two weeks ago. I moved two days ago. The whole team that I had dealings with were utterly amazing - George for the quote, Esther dealing with emails and invoices, and the five men sent out to do the packing and the move. They were respectful, flexible, SO understanding about my poor health/disability and went the extra mile to ensure I was taken care of, as well my property and belongings. They were friendly, fun, professional, great with the kids when they returned from school, kind - I could go on. I absolutely wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if I ever need to move, and I will be recommending them to anyone and everyone! Cannot express how wonderful, and incredibly reasonably priced they are. This is the first time I think I’ve ever reviewed anything online - that says everything! Thank you for being total angels!
