The prices here are far too expensive, there's never enough staff on the tills in the evenings there's a young lad they often leave him to deal with all the customers on his own. If you're buying anything other than essentials like bread and milk the shops next door will have it for cheaper.

The staff are always helpful, they do take the time to if the product you want is out there. Shop is always clean,shelfs always full. Nice shop. They could help the shop and customerservice could get a Costa Coffee in there like other shops

I ordered via Ubereats. They didn't have the main items I needed but sent out the order anyways. I tried to contact them both through the rider (they ignored my request) and through their phone (number doesn't work). For context - I searched on ubereats specifically for eggs. I wanted to order ingredients for an omelette. I selected them because they had Eggs and added vegetables to my order. They sent everything BUT the eggs! They should update their app to show what's available! Meaning I paid for delivery and service and didn't get the groceries I wanted.

Handy for most things..Staff always helpful n polite.. OK you pay a little more but hey, it's 5min local.. All the staples are sensibly priced bread 60p pint o milk 50p.. Get a club card n you'll save more.. Happy days

I have ordered £29 worth of items yesterday from Co-op porter Avenue, through uber eats. Co-op porter Avenue have send wrong items just worth £5 but got charged full amount of £29. Uber eats don't want to refund my money for missed items, I have spoken to co-op manager kam who is not interested at all to help saying don't have time to resolve my issue so be careful before you order anything from this store. They are stealing customers money by sending wrong order.

Absolutely brilliant, I went in for plasters for a cut elbow, when the staff member saw it he treated it and dressed it in a bandage for me.
