Lovely work, had a jacket altered. Slight delay with getting it laundered (took an extra day), but Betty was very apologetic about it, and her work altering was perfect!

Excellent alterations. Based on a recommendation from a friend who has high standards I got my wedding dress altered here. The service and the result were better than I could have hoped for. I have recommended them to many other people who have also been impressed with the results.

Betty is an excellent tailor. I've brought many pairs of trousers to her for all types of alterations. One pair had to be redone twice until we got the right fit. She always helpful and patient. Highly recommended. (The shop location on the map is not right. It's in the arches, next door to Heaven.)

STEAR CLEAR! I got disappointed there twice. First time I brought them an expensive suit to have some alterations at the arms and they messed it up - very scruffy finish.. the second time: EVEN WORSE! I thought well give him another try as he is very conveniently located - this time it was complete crap! Adjustment of trousers was completely wrong: wrong colour of thread, wrong length - even asymmetrical (which you could see by one look)! Brought it to another tailor, who had to repair the damage!Conclusio: These Guys are very SLOPPY! I will never go there again!
