My son is mixed race and went her for a hair cut on Saturday 12th August he sat there for nearly 2 hours got in the chair and the lady barber said I don't want to attempt your hair and sent him away past 2pm and had a interview Monday I was furious to say the least after they let him sit there for nearly 2 hours very poor customer service.

Arrived 50 minutes before their stated closing time and was told they were closed! I would understand if they were busy but there was no one waiting. Rude, unwelcoming and unprofessional.Did get hair cut in the end, will not be returning.

Normally a top tier barbers but customer service standards have slipped as of late with them closing up to an hour 15 mins before listed closing time and 2 days in a row I've had to leave work early only to be told 10 mins after I got there that they're not taking anymore customers (at 3:45 when listed closing time is 5). lost 2 hours of pay because of this and happened the day before, high standards slipped.

To avoid issues in future late in the day there should be more communication with customers that are turned away, and to apologise, but all in all, a good place to get a hair cut

Staff are great, however more of them are desperately needed.Came with my son Thursday evening at 17:15 to be told over an hours wait. Came back the day after at 15:10 and the wait was over 1 and half hours.Saw more than 10 people walk out and be turned away.Shame as the staff who work there are lovely and pleasant

Desperately need staff!!! Wait times are outrageous, be prepared to spend a few hours wait, especially when they only have one member of staff on working. Don’t have appointment systems, just rely on walk-ins. Advice would be to set up an appointment system so that customers don’t have to block off a whole morning or afternoon for a cut. Haircut wise, brilliant would highly recommend Liam.
