Rang them on a recommendation about a fault with my i3, they immediately diagnosed it over the phone, something three franchised BMW dealers failed to do. They booked me in, i was greeted immediately on arrival, directed to a lovely local cafe to wait and work and they did an involved job in far less time than they had said and charged exactly what they quoted, very impressed, highly recommend.

Having looked into getting a BMW i3 I went to look at one at Wisely having never even sat in one. They had the car I was interested in valeted and ready for me to test drive. It was 5 yrs old, one owner and had 45k miles. I liked the idea of one that was well used but was concerned it might look tired. It was like new. After a drive and an hour chatting to Emma and Arthur I was completely sold. Martin delivered the car a week later and gave me a proper handover.Another great test was there was a small fault with the car and they came around and fixed it very promptly.Buying a used electric car requires a bit of thought but buying from a specialist who properly prepped the car and can then service it gave me a lot of peace of mind.I absolutely love the car.
