Some of the best customer service i have experienced in an industry where it is not usually associated, along with very knowledgeable staff who gave me clear information of what was required for car to pass MOT and then provided me the quote.Works came in on price and on time, would recommend KTN Motors to anyone who are feeling let down by their own garage.

We had nothing but problems with this company. Frist of all this car has been there a year under new management.The first time we were told it was an alarm that was keeping the car from starting so we paid 125.00 pounds. But that was far from the problem.Second the car was towed one hour from that garage to another garage and they said it was the fuel pump. It could be replaced for 1500.00 pounds with tow costs of 440.00 pounds included in the price for a 5 series BMW. (Totally outrageous!)We said no because that was way no much for a fuel pump...when any good garage could determine if it was a fuel pump without towing it to another garage.Stay clear of this business!!!

Great customer service and friendly staff. The mechanic who helped with my car when I was having issues getting it started ran diagnostics and explained what the issue was and what needed to be done with no expectation or pushiness to have the work done at the garage. I would definitely use KTN Motors again.

Has helped me with a couple of my cars. Always helpful and feel like they are doing their best to get you back on the road without undue delay. Would definitely recommend.
