Q Scaffolding - Specialists In Commercial Scaffolding

My neighbour upstairs is undertaking construction for which he has chosen this company for scaffolding services.When they were erecting scaffolding a few months ago, they were putting it in front of our wall and on the passage that we have to use to get in and out of the house. When I walked out of the house that day, I was surprised to see that the scaffolding equipment was left loose (which included long metal poles, ladders etc), our passage was all taken by their equipment and therefore I really struggled to walk through onto the street. Yet there was no one present on site - they were taking a break elsewhere!When a few months later (today) they were dismantling the scaffolding, they simply put two long metal poles (3-4 meters long) as well as several wooden boards right against and in front of our entrance door, by which they completely blocked any way in or out for us! It was obvious that it was someone’s entrance door and that someone lived there. This was a real safety issue! I’m amazed anyone from that company thought they could even do that.

Had a good experience with Q Scaffolding. Their equipment was of great quality and they really put in a shift. However, the London Olympics slowed the things down a bit and caused some delays in equipment arriving.This was not Q Scaffolding's fault and they were very good with moving things forward once equipment had arrived. Other people I know said they had huge issues so I can only think that this was a better situation than most. I like to think of them as a Mo Farah rather than a Usian Bolt - they were quality over a long distance rather than just over a short distance.

Q Scaffolding will not respect your time or money. They were supposed to come on a Saturday and the date was confirmed in multiple emails. Saturday no one shows up and no one can be reached. After hours I finally reach someone and am told the scaffolding will be put up on Sunday. Again no one shows up. My phone calls and text messages are ignored. In the evening I get a text message that the scaffolding will be put the next day by 11am. Fine, I guess the builders can wait a bit. Again, no one shows up. Two more phone calls and I am being told that they could arrive at noon…

Great company. This is the second time we hired Q scaffolding. Always reliable and willing to go an extra mile for their customers. I would recommend them to anyone who would like professional scaffold services.

I would highly recommend using Q Scaffolding. We had to keep a drive way clear and Q scaffolding installed the scaffolding perfectly. Good communication and the lads done the job super fast and left the place clean.

Great crew. Polite and professional which is rare these days. Left us a great platform to work from for the first floor. Safety elements were all correct and ro standard. Price was also good. Only reason not given 5 stars it's because communication was a little lacking for the dismantling. Otherwise excellent.
