I commend Capri healthcare for designing the online portal of Lordswood Medical Practice, Harborne, Birmingham. The homepage is well laid out, easy to navigate and informative. I also find their E -consult facility convenient and useful. This feature allows you to interact with the practice from the comfort of your home- you can access the surgery for clinical advice as well as for non clinical matters, obviating the need to phone in and wait in a queue.
