Amy is a local gem. Down to earth, passionate, welcoming, but a Rottweiler when it comes to exercise. Her classes are tough, and she’ll put you through your paces, but she’ll also sweat with you, keep it fresh so you won’t get bored and deliver great playlists whilst she’s at it.She’ll push you, but always gives alternatives so that you can progress at your own pace. Her classes have an intimate feel because we all tend to stick around, and why wouldn’t we? She’s a keeper.

Amy's Monday class is varied, challenging but never intimidating. The sense of community at all of Amy's classes is fab, it doesn't feel competitive and everyone works at their own level. Amy makes sure there are options for all the moves, so nobody is left behind. You will leave the class buzzing with endorphins ! My fitness and over all sense of well being has never been better. A lot of laughs and some serious hard work - perfect way to start the week. Thank you Amy!

I simply love Amy’s classes and have done since day one. Her energy is contagious. She’s always laughing. She always remembers everyone’s names. Nobody is ever left out regardless of fitness, ability, age or coordination! She has such a strong following and we all love to be part of her crew!

I absolutely LOVE Amy's classes - so much so that I've arranged my working pattern around the Monday morning Fit Club so that I can make it! It's outside, it's a really lovely group of girls and Amy is just fantastic. The sessions are structured so that anyone can join in, whatever our fitness levels and Amy is both super-kind and brilliantly motivating. It's a great start to the week!

I’ve been going to Amy’s Kettlercise class regularly for about 2 years now. It’s the one thing I stick to. The class is great for strength and fitness and the endorphins high, post class, is the best!Amy goes through each move every week so it’s easy for new people to join and also makes sure, as an old timer, I don’t fall into bad habits.I can’t recommend this class enough. Amy brings energy and motivation to every class. Can’t wait for the next one. X

The 'most fun/exhilarating/strengthening workout ever' is pretty much the best way to describe Amy's piloxing classes. It's not just a workout but a totally engaging class that makes you strong, sweaty and super powerful. It's a brilliant combination of pilates, boxing and just a bit of dance but once you learn the routines, it's the most empowering and mood-enhancing exercise class and I absolutely love it. Amy is brilliantly effervescent and even if you turn up with a hangover or exhausted, you walk away feeling on top of the world and ready for anything. I can't recommend it highly enough - it's the best class I've ever been to and I only wish she'd do it twice a week instead of once!

I've been coming to Amy's Monday Fit Club sessions for nearly three years and wouldn't start my week in any other way. I first started the classes when I was really out of shape and unfit after having three kids (in fairly quick succession!) and I was feeling pretty terrified about the idea of working out in front of other people. But Amy has created the most friendly, inclusive class possible so I immediately felt welcome and reassured. She always gives different options for all the exercises so I was able to follow along -- with a fair bit of huffing and panting. Three years later, I'm stronger and fitter and still loving the classes just as much as that first one. Amy is super inspirational in a non-cheesy, funny, down-to-earth way and she has a seriously impressive skill of knowing every single person's name whether they've been to one class or a hundred; there's always a friendly vibe and a real sense of community among everyone taking part; and the workouts are great and varied, with options to challenge everyone, whatever their fitness levels. Always a high point in my week!

I love Amy’s classes; she has kept me fit and sane through lock down and the many years I’ve been working out with with her. Monday fitness for circuit style/HIIT/core and piloxing at weekends.For those who haven't tried it, piloxing is really fun whilst challenging your core strength, cardio fitness and balance.A great arm shaper and all round toner. You’ll find you don’t have to drag yourself to class, you hate missing one.
