They are nice during your tenancy but terrible at the end of tenancy. No replies on emails when your asking a question, 2 months to return deposit, your clearly forgotten about as your no longer a source of income. And if you ring to speak to someone she is rude and talks down to you. Judging by other reviews this happens to most renters at the end of tenancy, for that reason I would avoid using them again.

We let a property through Moore Allen, and although dealing with Shelbie was an absolute pleasure and I cannot commend her professionalism and efficiency highly enough, I felt the end-of-tenancy process was handled appallingly and left a really bitter taste. We were lucky that our landlords, who were also excellent and very reasonable throughout the tenancy, were decent enough to disregard the vast majority of the grossly misrepresentative contents of the end of tenancy report. Very disappointing indeed, and a very unfortunate end to a tenancy that had otherwise run very smoothly.

For a company as large as this they have a absolutely terrible website. It's slow, clunky and most of the time doesn't work at all. They must be losing potential buyers who aren't able to access the information they require.The service you receive on the phone isn't much better. They take a long time to call you back and emails containing information promised never seem to materialise.
