Tim Hart was extremely helpful and I got exactly what I wanted from a new car. Had so many compliments on it already and only had it a month or so! Made the process simple and was always available for any questions I had. Highly recommend these cars and this dealership, I've leased several Skodas over the last decade and other than a few software issues along the way have never experienced any major problems. The minor things were fixed quickly and easily. Very reliable and comfortable cars. I've shopped around over the years when my lease was up but never found anywhere or any car that could top these for value for money, features and meeting my needs. All the staff at this branch are customer focused making sure you get the right car for you. I've even had someone say last time I renewed my lease that I didn't need as big a car as I was looking for based on my circumstances, so they won't just try to flog you the biggest, best or most expensive car for their own interests. Really ensuring you get what you want, I explained what I needed from my car this time around and I got exactly that. Very pleased!

On this particular occasion I have just bought a brand new 2022 Fabia Monte Carlo in Race Blue.I dealt with Tim in sales and he really was brilliant! Just bought a new Škoda VRS from the dealer. I tend to buy a new car every 2 or 3 years and this is my first Škoda having previously had BMW and Audi. Very impressed with the car but I have to say Tim Hart (and Tom who set the car upfor me on collection ) and all at the dealership are superb and made the purchase so simple and relaxed. A Great price too. I cannot recommend Tim and the dealership highly enough

We went to Marshalls Skoda Barnstaple to check out a Kamiq.Despite not having a suitable stock model to view, a our salesman (Tim) done with a customer who had volunteered their car for a test drive.The customer was so pleased with the level of service they had received that they wanted to help the salesman (Tim) potentially gain a new customer.This was continued by the level of attention that we received in selecting and ordering a new Kamiq.Our new car was collected by us yesterday - a comprehensive, informative and friendly handover was completed by Tom (a colleague of Tim), followed by the paperwork with Tim.Unhurried, happy to answer new questions and sort out any wrinkles.We spent longer during collection than intended, but only because we chose too.If you are anywhere near Barnstaple and considering a new or used Skoda, then Marshalls should be your destination.Coffee is pretty good, too.
