The Technician has not got a clue about Technics! Awful soldering, and a terrible earth mod! I had to spend more to get these sorted elsewhere! Do not trust them to repair anything. I spoke to Paul on the phone, who asked me to send the information in an email. This was completely ignored! Do not let them repair anything!!! Amateurs!

Well worth a visit for all your DJ equipment

Charged £40 to test a Alto RS310(distortion). Put in a new top Driver myself. Shop phoned to say the 1, Driver I put in was no good. 2, Sub woofer gone. 3, a module was gone. Told better off getting a new speaker, they offered me the £40 off a new speaker at a discounted price of £219. Took speaker back home, swapped the Subs over, the knackered one was distorted in the other but the good one worked perfect in the so called knackered one. So nothing wrong with the top Driver or module. But I did buy a new speaker from elsewhere for under £200. Disappointed just like taking your car to a garage and they tell you this that & the other needs replacing.

Staff were very helpful and I got a good deal on a wire I needed. Prices are generally good and there’s a good selection. Would recommend for people looking for this type of equipment

I recently purchased a Pioneer controller from 4DJ. The guys had everything in stock, were knowledgeable and I could actually try the controller before purchasing. Not only that I got a better deal than I could find online. So overall I am very impressed .... 4DJ is now my DJ shop and I will be telling all my DJ friends to shop there. Didn't go inside due to lockdown but the building is alright, and they used Bahnscrift font on the front of the building, which I'm a fan of. Staff seemed nice but there is no car pack allocated to the building which means it's hard to get to.

Terrible - Ordered from this lot on the 9th of October called on the 21st to fine out the item that I ordered wasn't in stock so they said that I would be refunded ASAP....2 days later had to call again for them to issue refund.The item that was ordered it stated that delivery would be in 2-3 days which meant to me that they had units in stock...which clearly they didn't.Bottom line is don't advertise a product as being in stock when you don't have it in stock it will give you a bad reputation I've no chance of getting this item now before it was required for an event!!Shocking!

This company was recommended to me by Richer Sounds as I had a problem with my Cambridge Audio 851n network player which kept loosing internet signal which was down to a faulty Ethernet switch on the back. As my player was discontinued I was unable to send to Cambridge audio. This company managed to source the part I needed and replaced it. I am so happy I can listen and enjoy my music again as I have had this problem for a long time and had originally thought it was my internet signal. Really helpful company I would recommend. Thanks :-)
