Warwickshire Digital visited my home on recommendation of another customer. I live in Warwick in a home built in 1694. We get terrible Wifi throughout the house and I work in digital, so we were desperate to fix our bad wifi. Despite paying for a top Wifi package, we don't get good Wifi throughout the home.Warwickshire Digital visited and were UBER professional. They checked the speed of our service package, had a look around the home. Despite the fact that could have charged me anything at all because I don't understand the technology, they actually said: We advise that because you're in a rental property, our costs to professionally expand your Wifi connection wouldn't be sensible if you're moving. Wow! A company who didn't just promise something like boosters, which they easily could have sold me, with little impact on our problem. He explained everything in detail, refused my suggestion of just tacking cables everywhere as we only do professional jobs (in situations like ours with a listed building

We had WiFi routers put into our two farm holiday cottages, connected through the loft space, much better WiFi connection now and consistent. Great experience! We had our TV aerial reconnected from our roof and the previous occupiers sky dish taken away. Communication was great in booking the job in, the team were knowledgeable and friendly who came and the price was reasonable. Fantastic service.We previously had an Alarm system, CCTV and Wi-Fi Access points fitted by a local company but never it worked correctly form the day that it was installed. I went to Warwickshire Digital with a reasonably good idea as to what I wanted (two CAT6 Ethernet runs). Lee was great, happy to brainstorm with me the best route to run the cables and on the day they turned up on time and the installation went smoothly. Leigh-Anne was great on the admin side, the quotation was sent promptly, I was kept informed and it wasn't a problem to meet some of my invoicing requirements. Would happily use again.
