Great knowledge and pointed me in the right direction for fixing my van thanks guys

I was looking to get an Eberspacher diesel heater fitted to my new motorhome. I emailed a number of dealers both Eberspacher and Webasto. I only got two interested responses. After conversing with both dealers it became clear that PF Jones would be able to offer me exactly what I needed. From my first contact with the manager of PF Jones (Diesel services Stoke) Mr Gary Farnell I was very impressed by how promptly he handled all my queries. He was able to quickly book me in for a survey of the vehicle to determine the best approach.Upon meeting Gary it quickly became clear he knew his subject matter very well and he soon found the perfect location for the heater in my van. To say I was nervous was an understatement as the van has been a huge investment for us as we intend to use it for long term touring. Gary reassured me that all the work to be done would enhance the vehicle and in no way would the vehicle integrity be compromised.I left the van with Gary and his cheerful and friendly team and returned a couple of days later to collect. Gary had to travel to Yorkshire on the afternoon I was due to pick up but he insisted he would get back to the workshop and work late in order to demo the system and handover to me personally. He even picked me up at the train station!I was delighted with the install Gary and his team had done, a nice touch was a custom shelf Gary made to fit over the heater so that the cupboard the heater was placed in still had some usable space left. Equally impressive was the way the controller was wired in with all the wiring completely hidden from view.To conclude I cannot recommend Gary and his team enough if you are looking to have an Eberspacher system installed in your campervan or motorhome. I suspect given Gary's approach to customers, standards are equally high for other services they provide.

Excellent service and a competitive price to supply and fit a detachable towbar and electric socket. Would happily recommend them to a friend.

Helpfull staff are always happy to help phoned them up about a towbar for an l200 went to pick up didn't have the one I wanted originally in but had one of there own brand in fitted no problem bolted strait in place no messing

They fitted a towbar on my Toyota and I was very surprised at the amount of effort they made to make such a good job they clearly went the extra mile to ensure it looked the best .I could not recommended them highly enough and not only that they were the cheapest (and a I did get many other quotes ) If I need any other work I will definitely go back

Ordered a tow bar for our Vivaro company van. Arrived super quick via UPS and really easy to fit. Great service and product.

DON'T GO HERE FOR AN AUSTOPS ROOF.Creaks so bad. Fitted very poorly. Took the van back to the head office of Austops and were informed that they had screwed the frame rather than riveting the frame.The van has been taken back four times to PF Jones and they say the noise it makes is ''just what a pop top roof does on any camper van''. Which is not true as only one side creaks.Poor workmanship and lazy customer care. Very disappointed. Pic shows what has been revealed once we removed the carpet to take a look at their fix. An extra load of silicone pumped in to try stop the creaking of the metal plates rubbing against one another.Not worth the 3.5K.

Very friendly, knowledgeable staff and good stock levels throughout the group.

Took my camper to have a tow bar fitted this morning. Very pleased with it . Cheaper than I got quoted because the electrics where already done etc .happy chappie thanks guys . Top work .
