I was left feeling extremely let down. Had a manicure and my nails painted but no drying process. I was told to be careful for the next 30 minutes. By the time I got home my nail polish was ruined. I've never had a manicure where my nails have not been dried before I left the premises. I feel very let down by Alice's.

My son has bought me vouchers many times ( he works in M&S just across the road). I have always had a good experience, but today was amazing. My husband and I were on holiday in Turkey when he had a stroke, a heart attack, sepsis and pneumonia!!! He is doing well now, but I've been very stressed and only sleeping about 3 or 4 hours a night. Am feeling very relaxed so hopefully 7 or 8 hours.
