I’ve been using Falcon Flues for all my chimney parts since they took over from Docherty’s on Hambridge Lane in Newbury. They have an excellent range of parts to satisfy most domestic stove/chimney installation requirements (they do commercial too but that's not my bag) which means most of the time I can just turn up and they'll have what I need and the few times something extra ordinary has been required they’re very helpful in advising what would be appropriate and obtaining the part in a quick timeframe. If I order in advance they'll prepare an order for collection or delivery which makes things even easier. I can’t recommend them highly enough – They’re a great team, all very helpful and I feel lucky to have them as my supplier of choice.
