I am absolutely delighted with the service. The house they found for me was perfect and even had room for my piano that I specifically asked for! Staff were polite, informative and very approachable. Nothing was too much trouble. The communication was always prompt and kept me in the loop at every stage of the purchase. Highly recommend this company!

Joanna Owen- Lettings- Attempt to contact her to arrange a viewing on two properties, waited days for a response and when received it was poorly worded and unprofessional. I then responded to her email and chased up and was ignored. I understand there is a large amount of renters going for one property at times, however I don’t believe that is an excuse to not value their business. I’m sure if I was a landlord looking to let my property, I would be treated better.

We chose KJT Residential in Lydney to market and sell our property as we originally purchased it through them and they were familiar with it. After lots of viewings and several offers, the property was sold at the asking price. We experienced a few disappointments during the sales process but, thanks to some excellent support from the KJT team, we achieved a successful outcome.

We felt they had no interest in selling our property. Only 1 genuine viewer in 3 months! The staff didn't appear to talk to each other, when we returned their calls the person we spoke to didn't know who we were or our property.
